Great experience! - Great experience... rebooked without difficulty when we missed our transportation. When we made it the next night, had a magical experience. Lots of turtles, a cuttlefish, and lots of other fauna. Moises, our guide, was great. Highly recommend.

A really unique snorkel experience - This is one of the most unique snorkel experience I've ever done. I had such a great time and it was so cool to see everything at night. Unfortunately the full moon was up so we couldn't really see any bioluminescence but the snorkeling was pretty awesome otherwise. We saw sleeping sea turtles, octopus, moray eel, giant crabs, lots of fish, etc. Just a really nice variety of stuff. And just the novelty of swimming in the ocean at night with flashlights was pretty cool. You don't go out very far, so most of the time of the tour is spent in the water which is great. The guides were great as well, keeping everyone together and pointing out cool stuff to see. All in all it was a great experience. Got some really nice videos too from the photo package (no photos at night, just video).

Friendly + Professional! - Alright, so it's my first time in Mexico and I'm traveling solo. I had been on a nighttime snorkel trip before and was very excited for this one, until I discovered that I am the only person signed up for this trip. In fact, I am the only person at the marina who isn't working there. I think we've all listened to enough true crime to raise our eyebrows at the single woman getting onto a boat at night with two male strangers. In all honesty, I had half a mind to call it a night and go back to my hotel. But while I was waiting at the marina, I re-read the reviews here and on Google, Whatsapp'd some friends, and decided to get onboard. I'm so glad I did! My guide, Oscar, and the Captain were so friendly and professional, they put me right at ease - on the boat and in the water, since I'm not a great swimmer and it was pretty choppy out there! We saw sea turtles and beautiful fish and a massive ray! It had been overcast that day so it didn't get dark enough to see the bioluminescence, which was a little disappointing. But all-in-all it was a great experience. Highly recommended for solo female travelers who love the excitement of true crime without being the subject of one!

One of the Trip Highlights For Sure - I had the BEST time on this excursion. I ended up being the only participant but Oscar and Alex still accommodated me. I've been to that area before but it was completely different at night. We saw many turtles, squids, fish, and even a ray. I highly recommend it.

Best snorkeling tour in Cancun - I snorkeled every day of our week long trip, and this Bioluminescent Tour was my favorite. We saw so much sea life, and the bioluminescence is like magical sparkles. I highly highly recommend. Thank you, Oscar!!

Guides are worth it - At night, slipping off a boat in the middle of the water would be a frightening thing to do! Luckily this included a knowledgeable guide that will hand you a flashlight and show you where the good spots are! We saw many turtles, a barracuda, puffer fish, some rays, and kicked around for some bioluminescent sparkles. Bonus for getting picked up and dropped off back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing - My best friend and I went on this snorkel trip two times, we loved it so much. The tour guides were very informative and attentive. They pointed out the sealife for us to see and kept track of us while we were snorkelling under the moon light. Our second trip was only the two of us plus the Captain (Alejandro) and Tour Guide , we really enjoyed the smaller group on the second trip. Please tell the crew we had an adventure of a lifetime!!! So much fun!!!!!

Exciting and fun - Exciting. Juan and Moises took good care of us. We are experienced snorkelers and good swimmers so had no issues. If you are timid or not a good swimmers I do not recommend. We saw, octupus, sting rays, turtles eel, crabs, lobster and lots of fish including puffer. Great experience. The bioluminescence were minimal, they said due to mom being out.

Subpar experience/-for advanced people only - This activity should only be done by people who have snorkeled before and have strong swimming skills. There was zero safety or activity instruction given. The life jackets were not sufficient to the point that 4 people remained on the boat for the duration of the activity due to lack of safety. Multiple people had to interrupt their activity as the masks continued to fill with water. The activity is advertised as 90 minutes with 3 spots and we only did about 50 minutes in two spots, the first of which was just a grassy area. The second spot was full of nice aquatic views, including 2 turtles, a blowfish, translucent fish, and a stingray. Though we did not interact with any bioluminescence. The boat ride was incredibly choppy and made multiple people throw up during the ride

Leary of booking - Sadly, they said the weather was bad last night, they wanted us to go at 5:00pm but we were in Isla Mujeres at that time. Then they wanted us to go at 2:30p.m. Which we were still in Isla Mujeres that day. Who does a bioluminescence tour in daylight? The evening was very beautiful so weather was good last night, not sure what the problem was, we are here for the week, asked them to rebook us for another day and received no response. I would be leary of booking with these people. Made it easy because we were going to meet them at their water location, wanted to rebook, but did not give us an option to rebook. Used Viator for many trips first time I have ever had a problem before this.
