Worth the trip - Definitely worth the trip. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed breakfast and our time at the cenote but did feel like the beverage was pricy (I had Agua de Jamaica and added an extra fruit with yogurt for about $13). Loved our time at Marmol spa? Plenty of time to enjoy the water, kayak, and a few drinks. Our trip did not include the Pontoon ride but we were given the option while there for an additional charge (we declined so we could enjoy our time there). Dinner was delicious and loved we had a bit of time to wander close by.

Amazing - This tour was an amazing experience. The tour guide Simon was a very hospitable, patient and funny guy. I was the only English speaker in my group and never once felt left out when Simon was relaying information about our tour. The first stop was cenote Azul where we had breakfast at 9am and was able to enjoy swimming until 12pm to depart for the lagoon. (Note: Walk with a towel, I forgot mine and the facility does not have towels for sale.) the highlight for me was definitely the lagoon the place was so serene, beautifully maintained frowns and the water was breathtaking. Canoe’s were included and you had the option to take the canoe out as much as you wanted. We arrived at the lagoon at 12:30 and enjoyed it until 4pm. Last stop was to a very upbeat restaurant by the water called Catch the food was delicious and atmosphere and DJ had a nice vibe to it. I will absolutely do this tour again.

Lovely Tour, and Great Value - Fantastic tour. The format was a perfect balance of stops and free time. The sites we visited were incredibly beautiful. Arik was a great and attentive guide. One thing to highlight is that it may be worth adding an option to add-on a fee to cover the non-covered costs like life vests and towels, upfront. That is more representative of an all- inclusive.

Exactly what I wanted from Bacalar - Started off at cenote Azul with a breakfast and an introduction to the group. There were about 40 of us and most spoke Spanish but they gave us all the key information we needed in English as well. We got a good amount of time swimming at this beautiful cenote. Then we went onwards to our boat trip. Essentially we spent most of the day in the water, which is exactly what I wanted from a trip to Bacalar, that's what it is famous for after all. We toured the Black Cenote, Cenote Esmerelda and The Canal of the Pirates, getting a good half an hour of swimming at each point on the boat tour. After the long boat trip (about 2 hours) we stopped for lunch at the point where we boarded the boat. The restaurant was really great and lunch was perfect. It was my birthday the day before and they gave me a free dessert and a shot of tequila. It was a really great opportunity to meet other travellers despite not speaking very good Spanish. All in all, this trip was perfect for us as a couple since we had spent one night in bacalar the night before and were staying in tulum that night. We got to see all we wanted to see and were really tired by the end of the day. Most of the group were staying in Playa Del Carmen or Cancun which meant the tour, for them, took pretty much the whole day, but I would highly reccomend staying in bacalar as its such a beautiful place. It rained the whole tour, but the water was so warm it didn't matter. This tour was great and definitely worth the price. Great value for money, really nice guides. Would reccomend.

Lies lies overpriced trip - They lied about the event, they said we were gonna do many other things that we did not. I asked and they lied again saying they were reach reach out to me. They charged me $110 and other paid less and the entire group was complaining about what they were promised. Never again.

Don't Waste Your Time! - Save your money and from wasting a valuable vacation day. I understand changes due to covid but this tour description is flat out False Advertising! We did not go on the boat tour, didn't do anything listed after lunch on the shown inclusions - no boat ride, no emerald/black cenote, no bird island, etc! I chose this tour for all the things they skipped and then was given some line about "we switched out for the kayak at the lagoon" (which was optional, if i hadn'tchose to do that, I wouldn't have had ANY time on the water). Felt like I wasted a precious day on my vacation. Do yourself a favor and pass!!

Exhausting - What was advertised as a 12 hour tour, turned into an 18 hr day. Our bus broke down on the way, and 4 buses later we made it to the 1st stop which was noon before we were served breakfast. No water or snacks were offered and we still had to pay for our own drinks, despite the lengthy delay. The tour continued on and we didn't leave Lake Bacalar until 630pm. Reached cancun close to 1130pm. And we were picked up that morning at 0515 am. The bus ride was very long, and very uncomfortable with no water served. I would not recommend
