Our snorkeling expedition is entirely safe, even for those who don’t know how to swim. Here’s why:
Prior to departure, we provide an informative lesson on shallow water interactions, which helps in overcoming aquaphobia and understanding the correct use of equipment.
Every participant has a chance to familiarize with the gear before we set sail, and we don’t depart until you’re fully comfortable with it.
Our snorkeling batches are small, allowing for individualized attention from our guides, ensuring your safety at all times.
Our crew also divulges some simple yet effective snorkeling tips tailored just for non-swimmers.
Please note, transport service is only confirmed after you’ve received a designated pickup time. If this hasn’t been confirmed, we advise you to arrange your own travel to the activity site. High quality tour- personalized service - This was the best snorkeling tour we have ever been on! We have gone to Thailand and Bali but Dasy made this tour great- she gave us so much help, attention and fun. What made it wonderful was that it was a small group. She saw that my husband needed help with his contacts and goggles so she got him prescription goggles- fantastic!
This tour is all about safety and guiding
us to the right spots to see the fish and turtles. Our photographer swam with us and wowed us with his swimming skills. The captain Euseloio was warm, funny and he sang to us! You felt safe in his boat.

Lots of Fun - Our guide Carlos was the best. I’m a tadpole swimmer but I felt comfortable with the crew and Captain Moises. We tested our gear before we headed out and I felt a lot safer. Carlos guided our group to see turtles, starfishes, and schools of fish near the wreckage. It was the best tour I’ve had in Cancún!

So many sea turtles, stingrays, and fish 🐠 - Carlos, Mike, and Xavier were amazing tour guides! They made sure we saw sea turtles and had us in the water for the entire trip! We saw so many different kinds of sea turtles and stingrays and got great pictures/videos with them that the crew took. The reefs were beautiful and full of fish. The shipwreck and cenote were very cool too! We did the earliest time (5 am) and the water was extremely clear, highly recommend. Hotel pick up and drop was seamless and a short ride! If you want to see wildlife, this is the tour for you! I will definitely be coming back to swim more them! :)

Horrible customer service - I can’t review the actual snorkeling because our tour was canceled due to the weather. That is fine, they can’t control that. I spent the next several months trying to get my promised refund though and ended up just giving up on it. I will be staying away from them in the future.
