A great day on the water & at the beach. - This tour was a whole lot of fun. The colour of the sea is absolutely amazing. The bento box lunch was very good. The tequila tasting at the souvenir shop was extremely generous. A large variety of unique souvenirs were available. The beach is a national park treasure and one of the best in Mexico if not all of the caribbean. No seaweed, almost pure white sand & beautiful azure water. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who likes to spend a day on the water & at the beach.

Great party, great people, great trip…..ask for Enrique!!! - What a great adventure. We took the catamaran from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. We had lunch and were given the chance to snorkel on the way. Enrique and his crew had the drinks flowing and the party hopping with great music and lots of laughs. He was very informative on what to expect on the island and gave some very helpful tips on navigating the somewhat hectic atmosphere of the shopping district. Excellent photos by Salma. We were able to rent a golf cart, do a little shopping and even grab a few tacos and drink before heading back. I highly recommend booking and asking for Enrique. He really made it a great experience for my Wife and I.

Excellent Option - First I'm going to highlight the service! It was first class, everyone very professional. We went as a group of women to a bachelorette party and they made us feel very special! Very nice snorkeling experience. The divine Catamaran, very elegant and super safe. The view of the sea cities was divine. Everything 100/100!

Great time - Best mixed drinks on the whole trip were on the catamaran! Very polite and personable staff from bus driver, and checkin to catamaran! The current was strong during snorkeling but they made sure everyone was safe.

Visit to isle of mujeres was beautiful. - The isle mujeres was wonderful. We 🍵 enjoyed the experience. The views on the catamaran were spectacular. Our guide Angel Franco. He paid us wonderful attention.

Look elsewhere! - My friend and I went on the Catamaran cruise today and I am not happy. I've been on many catamaran cruises in the Caribbean and have had great experiences elsewhere. We were picked up at our hotel at 5:45am, dropped off at the ferry for the ride over to Cozumel, and then made our way to the boat. The catamaran was overcrowded. It was literally elbow to elbow with the other passengers. The sailing portion of the cruise was very brief and the snorkeling area was disappointing at best. We were crammed together in a tight area where you could barely navigate without kicking another person. The snorkeling was barely 15-20 minutes long. On a positive note the crew worked hard to cater to the passengers. When dropped off at the pier after snorkeling, we were told that the ferry wouldn't leave for another 2+ hours!!! So, we were basically being coerced into spending 2+ hours in the shopping area. It was very hot and we were ready to go, so we decided to take matters into our own hands and check to see if we could get on the ferry sooner. We were able to get right on the ferry, no problem. So, why were we being made to stay for an additional 2 hours? It was exhausting and annoying. The ferry ride was already 30-40 minutes each way in addition to our drive to the area, which was about 45 minutes each way. That makes for a very long day and a waste of our precious and very expensive vacation time. We were fortunate to be able to track down a representative of the company to try to arrange for a return trip to our hotel. The driver was very friendly and helpful and thankfully able to get us back to our hotel. We felt like it was disorganized and manipulative to expect us to "shop" for 2+ hours.

Never Again!!!! - We booked a luxury catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres. It is certainly not luxury. They told us it would be a 5 hour trip. We got picked up at 10:15am at our hotel. We didnt get dropped off at the marina until 11:45am. We were driving around in circles picking up other guests from different hotels. We finally started sailing by 12:15pm ( not 10:45am as we were told by the booking agent at the hotel). They served us our lunch. We were told we would be served a gourmet lunch with cerviche. What we got was school lunch bento box ( pasta, wilty salad, a small muffin and some tortilla). We were starving because we wete told lunch will be served so we didnt eat breakfast. So we ate it. The drinks were watered down. The crew made sure you are not thirsty by offering drinks. They took us to our first spot for snorkeling. They gave is 15 mins before they called us back to the boat to head to the 2nd spot where they will lay out a floaty bed and we can swim. Well, we got there. No floaty bed. They said it was “broken” when we asked. I think they forgot. We only had 15 mins there before they rushed us back to the boat to go to our “3rd stop” at Isla Mujeres where we would have 3 hours. The islsnd was crowded, the beach was not nice ( hotel beach was a 1000x better). You have vendors trying to sell you things or trying to get you to eat at their restsurants or bar. We paid $45 to rent 2 beach chairs to hang out at a very crowded “not so nice” beach. We finally made it back to the boat and more watered down drinks, we are back in the shuttle waiting. They told is we have to wsit for 10 more people before they will go. We sat in the parking lot for 40 mins waiting for more passengers. Then when the van is full we sat anothet hour in the van dropping all the passengers off. We missed our dinner reservation. It was a waste of a day. We were hurdle around like cattles. Not what I imagine a “ luxury catamaran with lunch on board” to be, oh well! Never again.
