Loved the tortugas! - Great tour. The van that transports has water and snacks. The cenote water is cold and requires a steep set of steps to get down. But once you're in there, its beautiful. Younger kids may struggle with the temperature or the darkness. Can't take a camera or phone and have to buy their pics if you want some. $80USD is the only picture option. The area for swimming with the turtles was crowded with a lot of tours but we successfully got to see about 4 turtles. No touching. Can take your waterproof camera or phone in a wateeproof pouch. The last stop includes lunch (authentic Mexican) and an hour on the beach. Food was good. Recommend the chicken burrito. Lots of bees. There's a cash bar for alcphol. Water is clearer than further north. Still has seaweed though. Nice loungers to use. Tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Lilia was the best!

Very fun - Everything was great! My husband and I both really enjoyed everything. The cenotes were wild to see in real life and it was so fun to be up close and personal with turtles.

Worth every penny - The cenotes were fascinating and fun, the turtles were adorable, and the beach club was fun and the food was great! The tour guide was engaging and friendly and funny and made me feel very comfortable as soon as he got on the bus.

Interesting trip! - The cenote was beautiful and we learned about their formations and history. Swimming with turtles was great even though it was a windy day and water was choppy and murky. Only downside is the amount of driving to the sites and lunch and then to all the hotels. You spend as much time in the van as in the activities.

Would opt for different package next time. - The Mayian ruins were interesting. The hidden cenote jungle location wasn't particularly picturesque and I would have liked to been able to take my own photos. I paid for the tour, why should I have to pay for your photos. Akumal Beach was nice and the lunch was OK.

Poor Communication - They sent us a pickup location, with clear instructions on where to be and when, and they changed the location without notifying and then stated we weren’t there. Disappointing as we would have gone to the new location had we been told.
