Excellent menu and great chef. We will come back again next time we're in town. - We joined this cooking class while visiting Toronto and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We never thought it would be this much fun. The food was incredible and the experience even better.

The best cooking class we have attended. Be prepared for a lot of food as well :) - What a pleasant experience! We loved this cooking class! The chef was knowledgeable, engaging and brought genuine warmth to the kitchen which made everything feel very comfortable and personal. We started off with a refreshing fennel and citrus slaw, then made a fresh (hand-made) pappardelle paired with slow-braised short rib. We also made seared scallops with Calabrian chilis and olives. Dessert was a bright and creamy limoncello tiramisù that wrapped up the meal perfectly. Overall, we had a lot of food. The group was small which made it feel intimate and the chef walked us through each step with a lot of patiences and great tips. We would give the chef 6 out of 5 stars if we could!

Excellent experience - I went with no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The chef was kind and clear, and the process was well organized. The food was excellent and prepared without the use of expensive or obscure tools. You are broken up to into two groups of three so there is a chance that a couple may be split during the process but you could probably request to stay together. The other guests during my experience were very kind and I enjoyed getting to know them as we prepared the food. Overall my girlfriend and I had a great time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and educational cooking class.

Brilliant - The experience was brilliant! It was our first time participating in something like this and we thought it was well organized, highly entertaining and educational. The chef was passionate and patient. The environment, pace, design and concept was well thought out. We look forward to doing it again.

Great Chef and experience! Better confirm the menu before you go - Chef Matt was great he make sure we all felt included and happy during the meal prep. It is done at his house so it is a very cozy environment. The only thing I'd strongly recommend is confirm the menu with trip advisor and chef mat before you go because we booked for an Italian menu, and at the end he said we will do an Indian menu which was ok but change the whole expectations from the menu.
