One of the best walking tours! - I've been on city tours in 39 countries and this was one of the best! Lucia was friendly and welcoming. She made the tour fun and was able to give us a great orientation to the city as well as historical information about the various locations! I would highly recommend this tour!

A walk that is not just from the textbooks. - We were led down a path of Romanian history and enjoyed learning about a history we know very little about. Lucia was very patient with us, showed and explained about different aspects and trends in architecture and the influence of the various occupiers of Romania through the millennia. Her explanation of recent history in the 1900's and its direct impact on her life and her family was very interesting. Lucia welcomed questions and endeavoured to answer them without shying away from any "difficult" aspects in the questions. This is a walk from "Ivan the Impaler" aka Dracula (although this name is the work of fiction authors), through to the end of Soviet times and the current difficulties of living and improving life in post-Soviet Romania.

Fascinating history! - Lucia was a fantastic guide. She was knowledgeable about the area and its history. She was able to answer any questions the group had and she looked after us well (if we needed a break, needed to stop for water etc.). It was a wonderful introduction to Bucharest! Thank you, Lucia!

Best tour i had in Romania - The guide seemed a little quiet at first while waiting for people but once everyone was at the meeting point and we got started, he glowed for almost 3 hours with the best mix of history, views and an occasional joke. would absolutely recommend this tour to find out more about Bucharest and Romanian history.
