Swimming with the turtles - An unforgettable experience! We swam with sea turtles, manta rays, and an amazing array of fish just off the coast in Carlisle Bay. The turtles would swim right up next to you - it was incredible. Plus we snorkeled over a shipwreck, which was a first for me. We were able to use our own snorkel masks and GoPro, which was great since we took so many great photos and videos. Highly recommend!

Great trip - Enjoyed everything about the trip. We were collected from our hotel by Webster a very entertaining taxi driver who took us to the Copacanana beach resort and escorted us down to the beach. We had loungers and umbrella and a free drink. The beach was amazing. We spent about an hour there then on to the boat. It was fairly busy but not overcrowded. The crew were great. Shirt sail out to swim with turtles then back on board for another short ride to the wreck. Loads of fish and corals to see. Back on the boat we got another drink before returning to the beach. Boat was about an hour and a half. We then had another couple of hours on the beach. Bought lunch which was really nice - not cheap but not overpriced either. Then picked up again by Webster and back to our hotel. Highly recommend this trip.

Great Value at a local beach - Not far from the cruise port and based on a beach with good facilities. Not much time for sun bathing after feeding the turtles and stingrays at two dive locations but no-one cared. Guys on the boat were great fun but took safety and protection of the seas seriously and were well informed. Highly recommended!

Very happy experience - We saw many fishes, turtles, and stingrays. Staffs are very helpful. Water slide is fun. Beach is very nice and good facilities in the beach club. Really enjoyed the excursion!

fun but disappointing - This was a fun excursion, however, the description included an alcoholic beverage but we were informed that the beverage was no longer included when we got to the beach.

Crew great, beach too crowded! - After waiting at the cruise terminal for and extra 20 minutes for a couple who was late we finally left for Copacabana Beach club at Carlisle Bay. It was a bit of a cattle call as we were led to an instructional area where we were informed about our day. The beach was already crowded and then we boarded the catamaran and went about 50 yards off of the shore to snorkel. NO fins are provided but they were not necessary if you are a decent swimmer. The crew was very friendly and helpful. We saw many turtles and the water was amazing! There were so many other boats so close to us though it was a bit nerve wracking for a lot of people. We did feel a bit rushed to board the boat again and then we moved to a shipwreck about 100 years away and had an opportunity to snorkel again. Not too mush to see here just a few fish and the shipwreck. The we were brought back to shore and left to find a chair with umbrella, anything decent was already taken. The bar service and prices at Copacabana Resort where we were given beach access was terrible. They were not friendly and very pricey. Overall it was just an OK experience.

Great beach - poor snorkel trip - The boat trip was about 50 ft from shore, with a life vest you could have swam to where the boat took us. There was about 10 minutes with the turtles and 10 minutes with the shipwrek. The crew was very controlling - stay with the group, don't go off, come back here - even with very experienced snorkler's. We have been on LOTS of boat snorkel trios and usually the staff is very friendly, helpful, funny. This staff tried to be helpful but they wern't warm and welcoming. We usually tip very well and we didn't tip this team at all. No personality - just rules & regulations. The REALLY good part of the trip was the Barbados Copacobana beach club and beach - it was fantastic! WHITE beautiful sand and warm water - it was soooo nice. You go to the beach club before and after the boat trip since the boat trip is only about 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Glass bottom was a joke - The crew picked us up at Port, we waited over a half an hour once on the bus because they thought there was more people coming which never came. We boarded a double decker boat with a slide and we thought great!!! Ready for an adventure....once all a boarded the boat drove about 200 feet out and we stopped to swim with a turtle and a huge stingray- great- had a couple beautiful pictures of the turtle with my underwater camera- but- i’m an excellent swimmer and I could’ve easily swam there from the beach with some fins and a snorkel. The glass bottom area of the boat is about 36”x36”. No way 40+- people were going to be able to look through this. We then drove a short distance to an underwater shipwreck. This was pretty cool... if you like being kicked in the face by the hundred plus other people that were also swimming in the same area. There was about two or three other excursion ships in the area...the crew gave us some water and punch and then we headed back to the Beach- 200 feet away. The beach was beautiful and so was the water. We grabbed our beach chairs and umbrella and received our one free drink on the beach. We had a Beautiful relaxing day on the beach just wish the snorkeling was in a more remote area further from the beach and we had a little bit more time. Also on another note I forgot to mention the snorkeling mask I had initially did not work well at all water came in through the snorkel and mask continuously it took me trying on three snorkels and masks till I found one that fit. One of the other excursions that was close to us was the pirate ship so be aware of that as well that they don’t go out far. Guess you get what you pay for as this is one of our least expensive excursions.

No pickup from Cruise Ship - We specifically requested to be picked up at the cruise port and were given a specific time to meet the tour rep. No one showed up to take us to the Glass Bottom Boat Shipwreck Adventure and Beach Day. As a result we missed the adventure and were told by the Glory Tour Staff that the next departure was sold out. This was a $70. disaster as we did not have the cash with us to hire a taxi. Hopefully, Viator will refund our money. M. Smith
