In the course of the class, the Cesarina will disclose the techniques behind 3 genuine local recipes. Experience the joy as you put your culinary abilities into practice. Each attendee will have a personal cooking station, equipped with tools and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the meals. Afterwards, relish the food you have crafted, accompanied by a variety of local red and white wines.
