Wonderful cooking experience! - We had an amazing cooking experience with Irene! She is passionate about cooking and proud of the Bolognese dishes she learned from her Nona! We made ragu and 3 different types of pasta. All were delicious and Irene made it seem effortless! We highly recommend cooking with Irene!

Unforgettable Experience - Our cooking class with Irene and Marco in Bologna was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy! Together with a lovely group of people, we learned how to make traditional Ragu alla Bolognese and three different types of pasta – all in a warm, welcoming, and joyful atmosphere.

Easy to make pasta and ragu sauce - This was a great experience! Did not know how easy it was to make ragu sauce. The pasta was easy too and everything tasted so good! I would definitely do this again.

Must go for this experience - We had a warm welcome from Irene in her apartment and the whole experience lasted four hours. We learned how to make three different pastas from scratch We then ate them with the Ragu sauce, which was very yummy And her wonderful husband baked us a traditional Italian chocolate cake! It exceeded my expectations Highly recommended

10/10 points for a great evening! - Irene, her husband Marco and their daughter were the perfect hosts: humorous, patient and competent. We were eight people in the group and in addition to the ragù prepared three different pasta types, which Irene served us after dinner. The production was easy for me despite zero cooking knowledge, while even my partner as a good cook has learned a lot more. All recipes are also provided at the end, so you can recook them at home. The way with the bus 25 was also no problem (just hold the credit card on the bus to the reader) and if you know that you have to ring at "Mattioli" (is not well explained in the official directions), then you can easily find your destination. Irene also speaks great English and even a bit of German. There was also plenty of time for photos and videos.

Making ragu & pasta in an apartment on the outskirts of Bologna. - I learned a lot. Irene & her husband were lovely. My only dislike was that there were 12 people in a tiny apartment around a table. This meant there were not enough rolling pins to go around & we kept hitting off each other. A reduction by at least two people would have made it a nicer experience.
