False Advertising - DO NOT BOOK - This company is misleading tourists and should not be operating. We were collected from our hotel over 40 minutes late as the driver was sent to the wrong hotel, despite us giving the full hotel address on booking. The driver dropped us at Alona Beach where we met a ‘tour guide’, but he hardly spoke any English, and couldn’t tell us even the plan for the day. We were supposed to go dolphin spotting which was a farce, we were the last boat to the area, and as soon as a couple of dolphins were seen in the far distance the boat then left for Balicasag island. Again, we were one of the last boats to arrive. The island ‘paradise’ is overrun by tourists and you will queue for nearly an hour to hire and pay for snorkel/fin hire that was supposed to be included in the price of the trip. The snorkelling seems unregulated and there are so many people that the turtles were being kicked and stepped on in the ‘fight’ to get video and photos. ‘Lunch’ was then served at 10.30am, I was served prawns despite notifying on the booking form I could not eat prawns. The trip was supposed to visit Virgin Island sand bar next, but we had not been informed that this island is closed to tourists after it was vandalised last September. No alternative was offered, and a refund was refused. We were then taken back to Alona beach to meet our transfer back to the hotel, only the driver was not there to meet us! I was even asked by the tour guide if I had the driver's number! We were left on the beach and waited 40 minutes in the hot sun with no drinking water provided. We finally found the driver, and arrived back at our hotel around 1pm, which was definitely not a full day as advertised. A complete waste of money, we paid £121 per person which is daylight robbery. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP.
