Embark on a thrilling Zodiac tour in Big Island towards Kealakekua Bay, the location of Captain Cook monument and Hawaii’s top marine sanctuary. Revel in snorkelling alongside a spectrum of tropical fish amidst the stunning coral gardens in the bay’s pristine, transparent waters. Relish the pleasant picnic snack offered before setting off again. Our Zodiac rafts enable us to closely follow the shoreline and access spots unreachable by other boats. Come along with us to discover extensive sea caves, lava tubes and the untamed allure of the coastline.

Captain Zodiac is located at 74-425 Kealakehe Parkway, suite #16. We are in the Honokohau Marina and small boat harbor located approximately 5 miles south of the Kona Airport and approximately 2 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona. Meet at our office in the Gentry's Kona Marina parking lot.

Highly recommend! - What a great tour and trip! Captain Marco was awesome and took the time to find us an incredible pod of pilot whales that were being followed by four white tip sharks. We spent a good chunk of time with them before heading to the reef. Reef was fantastic, dolphins were jumping in the bay, and really we couldn't ask for more! This tour leaves you extremely satisfied and they do a wonderful job!

Highly recommend!! - Highly recommend this company! We had a great trip with Captains Ashley and Marco! They were super knowledgeable, went out of their way to make sure we saw as much sea life as possible and made sure we were all comfortable and having a great time. We have done the snorkel trip to the Captain Cook monument three times and this was by far the best trip! Included lunch, snacks and drinks were excellent as well.

Great snorkeling trip that is high adventurous, fun, and awesome for the family! - Went on the Beat the Crowd snorkeling trip. It was AWESOME! Captain Rick and Devonte were the best! Knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and HILARIOUS! The boat (called Revenge) was amazing. We had great snorkeling, saw several whales, dolphins, and even an eagle ray when pulling into the dock! High speed, invigorating, and a great time! Gotta go here if you plan hitting the water!

If you book one tour on the water book this Big Island tour! - Captain Marco was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable and you could tell that he truly enjoys what he did. We saw tons of whales, dolphins and more! Huge value and smaller crowd meant an overall better experience compared to other tours. Their rafts were incredibly comfortable, lunch was light, but healthy, and the crew had all of the snorkel gear ready for us. Book this tour!! You will not regret it.

Great snorkeling and awesome crew! - Marco and Kalea were excellent hosts and remained as excited as we all were. Many sightings of whales, dolphins as well as the excellent snorkeling! These two were tremendous and highly recommend them!

Highlight of the trip! - We had a great time on the zodiac! Our guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. They are excellent storytellers, and the snorkeling itself was also great, with lots of colourful fish. I definitely recommend the tour to any visitors!
