Exceptional Bergen tour & tour guide - Went on this minibus tour independently following our cruise. This tour was great. Being on a minibus, we went all over Bergen and were able to stop for several photos at good locations. We were able to see a lot more of Bergen than a walking tour. Neil, our guide, was amazing. He told us much about Bergen & its history. He even had personal experiences to share that related to what we were seeing. The Bryggen Walk as well wasn't too much and Neil shared so much history with us. The minibus driver (I forgot his name) drove exceptionally and safely through narrow roads but took us all over. I would highly recommend this tour to really see Bergen which is worth touring. (Hope you get Neil too.)

Great overview of the city in a minimal amount of time - We were able to see parts of Bergen that we likely will not have reached on foot if we looked around on our own

Great way to experience Bergen. - Emma, a Bergen transplant from Australia, wants to show you why she loves living in Bergen. She takes you on a tour that not only introduces you to the tourist and historical sites of Bergen, but also includes her favorite places such as the local beach. So not only do you get the feel for Bergen in the 18th century, you get the feel for how someone lives in Bergen today. She is an encyclopedia of information and conveys it in a very interesting way backed up with stories. I felt that in the 2 hours we learned and seen more of Bergen than we could have on our own in days. We. Also saved a ton of money on what we would have spent on taxi fees. This excursion exceeded our expectations.

Highlight of the entire trip! - Both the driver and the guide were wonderful! They were personable, informative, and professional. Of the seven guided tours we took during our trip, this was the best one - thanks to them. We appreciated their patience as we took many pictures.

An extra day in Bergen... - Finding ourselves with an extra day in Bergen due to cancelled flights, we booked this tour... it was very enjoyable and gave us a more comprehensive look at Bergen. Neil's obviously loves his city and this shines through. The bus driver also did a great job of getting us around. I would recommend this tour as a starting, or ending point of a brief stay in Bergen, and Niel is a very professional guide.

Viewing the city in comfort! - We had a wonderful look at the larger city of Bergen beyond the Old City, traveling in the comfort of a luxurious mini-bus. Magda was our guide, and she offered a depth of knowledge about the area, its history, and its customs. The tour included many stops with the option of leaving the bus for a closer look and for taking photographs which I appreciated. Our group would highly recommend this tour!
