Excellent door to door service - White glove service from the moment I was picked up at the hotel in Bengaluru to the moment I was dropped off there 45 hours later. Madan did an amazing job driving me from Delhi to Agra, around Agra and back to Delhi. I highly recommend taking up his offer of stopping by a chai house during long drives between the cities. He knows really good ones and now I'm hooked on masala tea. In Agra you're settled in Courtyard Marriott if you choose 5* hotel option. Nice hotel, good buffet. Breakfast included, but not the bottled water at breakfast.. go figure. Doesn't really matter since prices are very low. Lunches were also paid for by the travel agency. On the first day I was taken to a buffet at another hotel -- it was some of the best food I tried in India. Looks like a go-to spot for all American/European tourists in town. Don't remember hotel name, but it's close to "I heart Agra" sign. I asked to go back there next day as well. In Agra we were joined by Dr. Rocky (Praveen) who was my guide throughout the city. Here are the main advantages of having someone like him with you while visiting Agra/Taj Mahal: - you skip the lines at all the attractions, particularly Agra fort had a long one and we just sailed by through "agency entrance". - he knows all the best spots to take the pictures and how to position for the best looking shot. Particularly important at Taj Mahal if you want all those "you with Taj reflection" kind of photos. - he makes sure you have a stress free experience all throughout. I forgot that I had a snack bar in my backpack during visit to Taj. No food is allowed there, period, even sealed (and Dr Rocky warned me in advance). I would've just thrown it away, but he took it back to the storage service outside and picked it up on the way back. - he knows a good deal of history of the place. But by default he'll give you just the basic stuff. You need to be upfront about it if you want more details. You're taken on a couple of "demo visits". Which are effectively sales pitches. But they all actually include interesting demonstrations of how things are made. First one was at a carpet maker. It was in the evening, when there isn't much to do in Agra except for hitting a bar. So I didn't mind spending some time there. Second one I actually wanted to visit myself -- inlay marble maker. They show you the insane amount of work that goes into creating multi-stone patterns you see on the walls of Taj. At neither place they were too pushy with the sales part. Overall it was a money well spent for me. I had one shot at making this rather complex trip from Bengaluru to Taj Mahal during one free weekend I had on a business trip and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Madan, Praveen and team Nikita Holidays.

Nice trip to Agra - This was a wonderful place, and each location had a beautiful structure. I especially want to emphasize how great the driver and guide were. Without the guide on this trip, I wouldn’t have truly understood how amazing these places are. Thank you — and a special thanks to Raj!

Great experience guide knowledge, driver - Overall great 2 day 1 night trip from Bangalore to Agra. Our guide, Raj has great knowledge of almost everything speaks great english, has phd and master for History and French. That was surprising. Our driver, Mukesh was great as well rest stops and good driving. Also Shashi from our hotel to Bangalore airport. Planning guidance / info provided comes a little late but overall great planning by Puneet Sharma from Nikita Holidays. Only main complaint i had for the trip was the hotel, 5 star plan but Courtyard Agra does not feel like a 5 star to me, but i heard other hotels are not available but thats a bummer.

Agra weekend visit - Decided to make this trip before the season ends and did not regret it. The pick-up, flights and transport was well organized and so was the stay at the Courtyard in Agra. Arun was an extremely knowledgeable guide and provided nice insights into history as well as local life. He makes you feel welcome! Madan, the driver for the weekend, was equally professional. I felt safe with him driving and he knows the area inside out. Pick-up and delivery in Delhi were flawless. If one thing could be improved, I’d say it’s on the organizational side by the agency. Contacts were over sms (despite requesting email) and very reactive instead of pro-active. But in the end they got the job done. Thise of you who have been here for longer, for sure understand what I mean. Overall, a great trip!

Amazing, would highly recommend - Rocky was amazing. Very knowledgeable, organised a fantastic lunch which included a view of the Taj mahal. He really looked after us. The Taj mahal tour was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip but can't wait to come back with the rest of the family. Our driver Sonu was excellent, took care and we felt so safe it was great. A lovely smooth trip from the airport. Rocky organised amazing photos and a beautiful carpet which we can put up once we're back home.

Great experience - I really enjoyed my time on this tour! Madan was our driver and made us feel safe and cared for the entire time. The car was clean, with plenty of room, snacks, water and wifi. Every stop that was made was well organized and all the food was delicious! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience India. We never felt rushed and got to fully enjoy each city we went to. The guides in Agra and Jaipur were kind and informative.

The trip to the organizer tash mahal, my driver kk Dharma was a reliable and friendly man, with control of time and place, with s - The places I was on the trip to Tash mahal were fantastic there were many great experiences in Agra and surroundings, as well as a host of good craftsmen running kk shaman and guide rock worked well. This was not the case with the company, they were always in the last minute with info and one had to call them many times in front of few things to know.

Taj Mahal from Bangalore - Seeing the Taj Mahal was a dream come true. This tour made it easy from Bangalore. My driver, Sonu, was kind and helpful. My guide, Rocky, made sure I got great photos throughout the tour. The timing of the second day seemed a bit off, as I had 5 hours at the airport before my flight. When my flight was delayed another 2.5 hours, I decided to buy a different flight back to Bangalore myself so I didn't have to wait. Otherwise, a well-planned excursion.
