Banos Waterfall Tour - We had a wonderful full day tour of the waterfalls around Banos. Finishing the day with grand views of the mountains from various viewing points made this a really special day. Our guides went out of their way to ensure we got the most out of our experience. Highly recommended!

Great day full of waterfalls - Had a great day with Santiago. Nice guy, explained a lot about the waterfalls, the nature in Ecuador and the country. Cool to do the Pailon del Diablo after sundown and when it was raining. Makes it extra spectacular

Rewarding experience - Travel to Baños from Guayaquil to do the waterfall tour, stunning destination, and with Fernando as guide, the experience is even more special. His extensive knowledge of the area and passion for nature made every moment exciting and enriching. From the first step to the last, Fernando accompanied me with enthusiasm and professionalism, making sure that I have a very nice experience. Obviously I'll be back because I was thrilled. The best guide and the best waterfalls - Fernando was an awesome guide. He gave the story behind each falls which you miss on a bike or ATV. Waterfalls were phenomenal...and I've seen a lot of waterfalls around the world.

Banos Waterfalls - We've all seen a lot of waterfalls - some big some small. But there is nothing like this! So many and so different and each with a story. Fernando was an awesome guide. He saves the best til last.

Very well organized experience - The waterfall tour is very well organized. The guide, Santiago, is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other agencies, we weren't taken against our will to places where we were forced to buy/consume things.

Fun day at the waterfalls - Spent a great day visiting waterfalls and seeing some from a distance, others up close. The tour also included options to stop at additional spots like the zip lines and tarabitha (cable car). We were lucky that there were only 2 of us who signed up that day, but I understand that groups can be much larger too. This would have been a five star rating, but there was some confusion about whether the trip included a stop at the adventure park (the last stop mentioned on the itinerary) so I'm giving it 4.
