Fab!! Family day out - This is a great park.... very clean and animals are well looked after... staff are very knowledgeable and animal welfare and conservation seem to be the message on educating people to look after the planet. This definitely had a good jungle feel to the place with little rope bridges and mazes...the bob sledge ride is great fun 4 euro pp... the animal shows were brilliant.... you can feed most of the small animals for 2 euros. Free bus to the park. Reasonable price for a great day out.

Amazing place!! - We absolutely loved it here, we spent all day and could of probably spent more time!! Very clean can clearly see the animals are very well looked after, the shows are brilliant, yes food is pricey but it’s what you expect at these sort of places, the bird walk through is just amazing!! My son (10) absolutely loved being able to feed the animals and get up and close with them, I wouldn’t moan about the entry price they have lots of animals to upkeep and amazing staff to pay, these things aren’t cheap!! My son got a picture with a parrot and an eagle :) brilliant day all round!! Thankyou !!

Perfect place to take photos - When I went to the zoo, it was quite due to it being late in afternoon. But if it was earlier around the morning you would be able to see shows with the eagles and seals. Or you can also pay for an experience with the seals or birds. But the best places to go is at the aviaries, where different tropical birds are kept, to the Ringtail Lemur's and the Eagle exhibit. As they are perfect places to takes some lovely photos at a safe distance or up close.

Park is nice, but... - The park and its inhabitants are wonderful 🦜🦦🦅🦚❤️ Everything is clean and beautifully done. Our children were excited. Especially we liked the birds, it was an amazing experience. 5 stars! BUT!!! A lot of questions to the management...💩 1. We paid €130 for entry and didn't even get a map... People move randomly, trying to figure out where to move. 2. If you arrive in the afternoon, be prepared for the fact that you will NOT SEE either the eagle or fur seal show. Also, the bird section was closed before 4 o'clock ( the park is open until 5:30). We wanted to see the birds again and were very disappointed. 3. A very rude woman was working at the entrance. After we chose one photo we liked, the rest were snatched from our hands. 4. In several cafes, we tried to exchange 2 euros one by one to buy bird food, and we were told that they did not have 1 euro ... Seriously? 🤣🙈 In general, it is clear that tourists are not liked here...

Jungle Park - I had a good time at Jungle Park. It is a nice thing to do when you are packing alone in Tenerife. The park is nice and clean and the most important thing for me is the animals look like they are well taken care off. I had a good experience here.

Very Good Bird of pray show. - Took a look around the park was ok but seems lacking in things to see. The Bird Show first rate! Good sea lion show seen enough, probably better for young people.. After the Sea lion show we left for a lovely lunch by the sea.

Misleading “Jungle” experience but decent zoo - The “Skip the Line” ticket was misleading, as there was only one ticket agent and one line for entrance. Everyone stood in one line regardless of having purchased tickets in advance or not. The “Jungle” Park name was also misleading as there are only a handful of jungle animals represented in this park. This felt more like a zoo. For example, one of their shows was a raccoon feeding. Lol…Really? Raccoon feeding at “jungle” park? These are not jungle animals. In fact, they can often be found in people’s yards eating out of trash bins where I’m from in the northeast US. The grounds were not well kept: foliage coated with soil, dust and spider webs was the norm, walkways and benches with chipped paint and dried bird excrement. The highlight was the sea lion show. It was upbeat and cute display of the animals skills and connections with their trainers. There was overall very picturesque landscaping and flowers. I wouldn’t not recommend a visit here I would just caution anyone who visits that the advertisement is dishonest and the park could be better maintained.

Photography should be forbidden !!!!!! - IT IS a beautiful zoo, but we were appalled that photography should be forbidden in the zoo! I can (and will) only warn anyone interested in photography not to visit your zoo, they should be ashamed of not having this information already visible on your website and before entering. So we threw 124€ (incl. parking) out the window with 4 adults - thank you very much for that!

Never buy advanced tickets to this park. - We bought our tickets online and had to do named day, no 90 day validity now. Came the day and it was raining, we got there, got absolutely soaked, they dont do refunds for any reason. We saw one deer, a few birds of prey and a couple of parrots and two snakes and then the weather turned so bad we were forced to give in. First they told us there were taxis outside, but the only one said he was booked. Reception told us they'd call one for use,. Went out to wait, and wait we did, gradually more and more also joined us and several small children. The storm got worse and worse, then thunder and lightening, the wind trashed my new umbrella and cut my thumb. An hour we waiting and then managed to flag a passing taxi down and us and one other family piled in. Soaked to the skin and the people at the park didn't give a damn, all they wanted was our money and we could die on their doorstep, it didn't matter.
