Good driver and timely service - The transfer was seamless with the attendant with our names easily identifiable at the exit. The transfer was reasonable for a shared transport.

Almost missed our ride, not our fault - The van was nice, even had WiFi. The driver was friendly. However, we almost missed our ride because no one met us when we exited the airport. No one had our name on a poster/placard, though many people were there with other's names listed. We finally found someone who spoke English who figured out who was suppose to pick us up. They found our driver who had everyone else loaded in the van and was a minute or so away from taking off to San Pedro. This was the only ride we had on our two week trip that had an issue.

I felt discrimination and would have asked for full refund if it wasn't my parents who already got tired from night fly - We arrived airport before 6:30, and all other people came with us left with the minibus while the woman in charge of putting people into the car shooed my parents like a disgusting insects. I felt it rasism because we were the asians from the arrival group. We had to wait 1 hr and 30min to wait to catch the minibus with people from next flight. I asked why we have to wait, how long we had to wait, the woman told me not to speak english to her, so I started to talk in Spanish and she went away.
