Exhilarating Experience - The Jetski ride was so much fun. The staff were relaxed, friendly, competent and knowledgeable! We will definitely do again when we're back in Airlie Beach. Thanks GSL for a memorable experience!!

A great first jet ski safari experience, so much fun. I loved it! - Such a fun experience! I was a little nervous initially, being new to jet skiing but our guide, Tomas, catered for all levels of experience and ensured we were all ok throughout. I had a blast out on the ocean and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was exhilarating! I would highly recommend. I thought it especially lovely of Tomas to provide us all with photos to download and keep 😊

Absolutely fantastic - Thomas the instructor gave me the confidence to drive the ski and it was a memorable moment spending the time with my daughter.

Great Trip - Would have been five stars if the weather hadn’t been so awful. Still was very impressed with the company and our guide was great. The jet skis really had some oomph. Would recommend this trip if you just want one hour around the bay.

Only for confident drivers - Great views but would have been so much fun if we had a more helpful tour guide. It was our first time on a jet ski so we were not comfortable driving it. He gave us very little guidance and kept telling us to go faster to keep up with the group. At one stage we were so far behind we lost them and when he came back for us he gave out to us for not following. Really did not make us feel comfortable at all. Would recommend the tour but only if you are not nervous and comfortable driving a jet ski. It does mention on the website that it is also for beginners so they should consider changing this.

We couldn’t finish the tour - Everything started okay, until the JetSki stopped working in the middle of the tour! We had to cancel the rest of the tour.

Missed our time due to transportation - Unfortunately, our pick up from airport happened at 11:15. By the time we were dropped off and got to check in at 11:20, no one came to desk.

I’m not sure if we have been scammed or just unfortunate. Tour cancelled several times, no refund as of yet! - My advise is not to book through GSL. There are so many other operating tours on the Main Street in Airlie beach to choose from, do not waste your money. We ended up having to pay to do the tour with another company and I’m not hopeful that we will get a refund. To explain what happened, the day before our tour we received a telephone call to say that there was only one Jet Ski available instead of two and asking if we could share. This was not a problem, we are very easy going and understand that these things happen. We were told that we could request a refund for the jet ski that was no longer available. The following day came and we made our way to the meeting point only to see an email to say that our booking had been moved to two days later. We approached the lady at the desk to ask her why this had changed without this being communicated with us and to explain that we wouldn’t be in Airlie beach in two days time. The lady was not able to honour our booking for this morning as there was no available Jet Ski’s however, she was able to book us on for the following morning although, only one jet ski was available again. This morning came and we made our way there for 8am where we signed our waivers only to be told at 8.30am that the tour had been cancelled. By this stage we were pretty annoyed although, we just wanted a refund. I’m not hopeful that the refund will be processed as we have had no communication to say that this is being done for us. I have called several times to ask and have been told that it is will be sorted but I guess we will see. We booked another tour with another provider for tomorrow. The agents that we went to on the Main Street were lovely and when we explained what had happened, they were very much aware of GSL and told us to steer clear!

Worst experience. Arrongant Guide, unhelpful Guide - This is worst experience of Jetski. We went on this tour on December 30 2pm. Guide is so arrogant did not even answer our basic questions and gets irritated to every little thing anyone on the tour asks. 1 person has fallen from Jetski. Guide doesn't even come to rescue him instead he's concerned of his Jetski and kept holding it rather than saving the person. He does not have basic common sense to save the traveller. The person tried a lot to come on to Jetski but he couldn't. Guide instead of helping Says "Come fast mate, you can't take much time I got an other customers waiting". This is so irresponsible arrongant simply worst goude I've ever seen. He holds the Jetski 10 meters away from the person, who is tired for last 20 minutes trying to come out of water. Guide did not even concerned of him. He's just worried that time is running out. I want you to take a serious action on this provider. If you doubt my review please contact other 2 jetski riders on December 30 2pm. Same ride as me. If you still can't do anything better you close this ride and remove it from your activity list. Don't trouble innocent customers who thinks guide will help.
