• Taj Mahal - The globally renowned “TAJ MAHAL” is one of the most photographed landmarks worldwide. This iconic structure attracts visitors from across the globe. Constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his cherished wife Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal is entirely crafted from white marble, with its walls adorned with intricate pietra dura (stone inlay) work. (Note: The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays).
• Agra Fort - The “Agra Fort” was erected by Emperor Akbar on the western bank of the Yamuna River and later embellished with palaces and gardens by Jehangir. Today, Agra Fort stands prominently in the heart of the city. It houses magnificent palaces such as The Diwan-i-Aam (hall of public audience) and Diwan-i-Khas (hall of private audience), which were constructed by Shah Jahan for hosting audiences.
