Great Agra Driver - We spent three days with a wonderful driver in Agra, Vikram. He was professional, personable, and prompt. Vikram is knowledgeable and effectively communicates in English. His car was clean and well-stocked. Vikram was a very safe driver. We highly recommend Vikram to anyone traveling to Agra.

A wonderful experience in Agra - We had a wonderful visit in Agra, with amazing service provided by our kind and thoughtful driver, Mr Kishore. From picking us up at the airport, to helping us source some essential items (warm sweaters and mosquito repellant!) on our first day, through organizing our visit to the Light and Sound Show at Agra Fort, to skillfully navigating the traffic of Agra over our three day stay, Mr Kishore was considerate, extremely helpful, and always had a lovely smile on his face!

Outstanding 3-Day Agra Experience with Travel Bureau - We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Travel Bureau during our 3-day trip to Agra and cannot recommend them highly enough. From planning to execution, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. A very special mention must go to our driver, Kishor, who has been with the company for over 35 years and it truly shows. Kishor went above and beyond at every step to ensure our comfort and safety. He personally dropped us to our restaurant for dinner on both nights, staying late to make sure everything was taken care of. On one of those nights, at 11:00 pm, we even received a surprise call from Kishor asking if we would like him to pick us up after dinner and drop us back home since he was already in the area. That level of dedication and thoughtfulness is extremely rare. If you can, ask for Kishor as your driver. We were also warmly welcomed by Said, the company’s Assistant Manager, who personally escorted us to and from the train and ensured we were comfortably settled at our hotel. His presence added an extra level of reassurance and made everything seamless. At the head office in Delhi, Riya was extremely patient, polite, and responsive. She answered all our questions thoroughly and arranged everything with great attention to detail, making the planning process smooth and stress free. The tour guides provided by Travel Bureau were equally impressive. Ali, our guide for Fatehpur Sikri, the Taj Mahal, and Agra Fort, was extremely knowledgeable and spoke in a clear and articulate manner. He explained historical details beautifully, was kind and patient, and never rushed us even when we stopped frequently to take photos. We were very particular about wanting a relaxed experience and arranging the tour our own way, and Ali accommodated this fully with no ego at all. On our last day we asked to add a quick visit to the Mini Taj, which was not part of the original itinerary but became a personal highlight for me. Despite this not being planned, Ali happily took us there and explained the historical significance of the monument in detail. Overall, Travel Bureau delivered exceptional service at every level. Their team genuinely cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. We would absolutely recommend Travel Bureau to anyone planning a trip to Agra.

Best Driver and Guide - Amazing travel experience - We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our taxi driver Deepak Gurung during our sightseeing trip in both Agra and Jaipur. From the very beginning, he was extremely humble, friendly, and caring, and over the course of the journey he truly felt like part of our family rather than just a driver. His flexibility was exceptional—he was always happy to adjust plans based on our interests, comfort, and time, ensuring we made the most of every single day. He planned the entire trip very thoughtfully, keeping traffic conditions and peak hours in mind, which helped us enjoy the sightseeing without any stress. With his excellent guidance, we were able to visit all the major attractions, including the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri in Agra. In Jaipur, he showed us numerous beautiful palaces and forts, as well as temples, and also took us to Chokhi Dhani, which was a wonderful cultural experience. In addition to sightseeing, he took us to different shopping places based on our personal tastes and preferences, which we really appreciated. He also gave us valuable instructions and helpful tips about each location, timings, local customs, and how to avoid crowds, making the experience smooth and enjoyable throughout. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the trip truly memorable. We felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after at all times. I would strongly and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone planning to visit Agra and Jaipur—he is reliable, knowledgeable, flexible, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an unforgettable experience.

Excellent stay in Agra with experienced travel professionals - We had a wonderful two days in Agra, with excellent local guidance to help us feel comfortable as first time travelers to India. Our coordinator Rahul met us at the hotel, reviewed our itinerary, and made suggestions for local restaurants. Our professional driver, Mr. Kishore, was always available at a quick call, and he and our guide Mr. Zaiti coordinated perfectly as we moved from sight to sight. We saw the amazing Taj Mahal (with very thorough history from Mr. Zaiti, who also took many pictures for us!), Agra Fort, and Mehtab Bagh. We would absolutely work with them again and trust them with our care!

Taj Mahal incredible - Tour of Agra and Taj Mahal with Amit. Excellent. Taj Mahal was incredible. It did not disappoint. Amit was so knowledgeable. He explained the history and the details of the art work. He patiently waited for the fog to lift and took the best pictures of our family. Highly recommend Amit and Agra.
