At the scheduled pick-up time, passengers will enjoy a smooth, comfortable, and economical shared transfer to their hotel in Zurich City. For hotels located in restricted access areas, such as Zurich’s Old Town, drop-off will be at the nearest accessible point.

Please note: Each passenger is permitted one piece of luggage (up to 23 kg; maximum dimensions: 40x40x70 cm, total 155 cm). Additionally, small carry-on items (such as handbags or laptop bags) are allowed, provided they fit on your lap and do not inconvenience other passengers. For additional luggage, please consider booking an extra seat.

Waiting Time: Punctuality is essential. If passengers are late, the transfer will not wait—no refunds or free rescheduling will be offered.

Estimated walking time to the pick-up point: Arrival/Terminal 2 is approximately a 7-minute walk, while Arrival/Terminal 1 is closer—around 4 minutes. Please note, times are approximate and may vary based on walking speed.
