Amazing experience!! - Wow we completed this trip on Saturday 13th January 2023. Our tour guide was Raymond !! We had the most amazing experience. The views were absolutely incredible , we loved every single bit of the trip. We really did have the best time !! Raymond and our driver were fantastic. Raymond was very knowledge of Switzerland and gave us lots of information about all the little towns and the alps !! Thank you Raymond !! You truly did make the experience even better. We have amazing memories and photos to last a life time.

Beautiful Day in the Alps - Traveling through the villages through the Alps and the Gondola ride down. The snow covered mountains and waterfalls ands just how green the landscape was dotted with cute house and lots of cows. Our tour was basically a bus ride plus train ticket while we were o our own to explore which was definitely preferable.

A well spent day!! - Sceneries and places are very beautiful. Guide was very good gave clear instructions (his accent maybe slightly difficult to understand for some but we didnt have any problems). I definitely recommend this trip. We did the Wengen, Klein Scheidegg train tour, dod not go to the top.

This tour was truly... - This tour was truly amazing and exceeded my expectations. Great weather, blue skies, and all the perfect conditions for a great adventure. Our tour guide Kid is a lovely person and made our day very special. We had a great day trip exploring Switzerland, going to the top of Europe, and having a lot of fun. Kid provided a lot of information about the region and takes a lot of photos for your customers. I will recommend this tour to my family and friends.

The bus and itinerary... - The bus and itinerary were fine. We did not know there were actually three options for this trip and only learned of this once we boarded the bus and were about to depart Zurich. This lead to some confusion on our part but we managed to see and do what we had expected once we arrived at the town after Interlocken and set out on our own.

Not as expected. - The tour bus consisted of 4 different tour groups with 1 guide. We were first asked if we'd like to upgrade to go to the Top of Europe tour, which is about 125 Euro extra. We did not. Here is the review going by the itinerary. First stop, Interlaken -- On our way going to Interlaken, there are many beautiful scenes to photograph, but we did not get a chance to stop to take any pictures, not even for 5 minutes. We were then dropped off at Interlaken for 20 minutes to use the bathroom. It's a beautiful city which we wished we had more time to walk around. Then, Lauterbrunnen -- done as stated. Then, Kleine Scheidegg -- this is basically a skii resort. This place had 2 restaurants and basically everyone's skiing/snowboarding. Because the tour bus consisted of different "tiers" of tourist, we were given a verbal directions along with a piece of paper on how we could travel down from the skii resort ON OUR OWN to a meet up point. We were given 4 hours here. THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING TO DO HERE if you're not snowboarding/skiing. You can take photo for 10 minutes. Then, Grindelwald -- a cute little two blocks that you can eat, drink and browse while you wait for the other tier groups to finish up their "Top of Europe" tour. We were given directions to meet up at the parking lot of a hotel only to find out that the bus would take us back to the bottom of the skii resort, which is about 10 minus from Grindelwald to pick up everyone else. Overall, this felt like a very expensive car ride to a skii resort. We had too many hours at a skii resort and too many different tours within 1 bus/guide. We were basically self guided majority of the time.

Great destinations, rude tour guide - Driver was awesome, but tour guide (name Kid) was rude, bossy, and generally obnoxious! No food or coffee on bus was not made clear in literature, and I came with $15 worth of coffee.

This is only transportation and not a tour, with a terrible guide - Would not recommend this tour if you can call it that. I had checked previous reviews and understood that this tour did not go to the top of jungfrau, and we were ok with that. We underestimated how poor of a communicator the guide who goes by the name “KID” was. We were dropped off in Lauterbrunnen with a train ticket and minimal instructions on what to do. He never told us that we could get back to Grindlewsld from Eiger by cable car, that takes only 15 minutes. The focus was on trying to get us and others to upgrade to the top of Jungfrau, for which KID wanted a supplement of 125 CHF, that had to be paid in cash. For four people, that’s a lot of cash, and when asked if we could pay by credit card, we were told “you don’t go if you don’t have the cash.” This guide is combative, arrogant and frankly should be removed from any service oriented business. Looking at his past reviews dating back to 2015, I am shocked that Gray Line tours still keeps him around. He is doing more damage than good. We take a lot of Viator tours, but this is one that we will not recommend because of the guide. To end on a positive note, the scenery is amazing.

Just plain awful! - First ofc let me say this tour does not take you to Jungfrau. You have to pay the tour operator an additional 172CHF in cash to have that experience. What you get is to be taken half way, given a train ticket to explore on your own and then meet to bus at the end of the day. My tour today was one of the worst I've ever had with Viator. The tour guide was extremely unfriendly and micro-aggressive towards me the entire trip and even went as far as leaving me in the way back, even though I was on-time, he saw me approaching the bus and I called him several times. After the 3rd call he finally answered and returned. He never apologized or said anything to me. I was the only black person on this tour. He was kind to everyone else, waited for others who were late at other stops. I have done tours with you over the years in multiple countries. I have NEVER experienced this before with any vitor operator. And additionally, he took the time to learn other's names, addressed then as dear and sweetie but I was so beneath him that all he could muster up to call me was "lady".
