Here, you will disembark from the intercity train and transfer directly to the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Railway. The cogwheel train will take you to Zermatt in 55 minutes.

The Gornergratbahn travels from Zermatt (1,620 meters above sea level) to the Gornergrat, overcoming an altitude difference of nearly 1,500 meters.
