One of the best - Very reasonable prices. Easily located near city center train station. Guide spoke good English and was polite and well versed with history of Switzerland.

Spectacular - It was the most beautiful and memorable time spent in Zurich. Our tour guide, Bettina, did an excellent job navigating us through the history and cultural events of Zurich. The Rhine Falls did not disappoint. It is spectacular! A must see!

generally good - it is generally a good trip
The tour operator has some misunderstanding with a group of travelers; re the tickets to go on the boat; as a result the ret of us were help up for 20 minutes. I don't know whose fault it is re the miscommunication
Maybe in the tour description; you can state chf 10 to go on a boat rider near the fall; so travellers can make up their mind beforehand to pay or not to pay tpo go on the boat ride
