The BEST WAY to start your visit to Zurich! - We had an amazing tour of historic Zurich with Alexander. He resides in this district and shared so much interesting information about the history, culture, and government of Switzerland as well as many interesting anecdotes of important people who have lived here. Our walking tour took us through old town, the university area and along the river. It was fun to see all the young students, residents of the city and fellow tourists and learn more about life in Zurich. The two hours flew by and we learned so much! Alexander is a great listener as well and customized the tour when possible to match our interests. He made excellent suggestions of restaurants, things to do and places to visit during our stay. It was a perfect introduction to Zurich and Switzerland and we highly recommend the Historic Tour of Zurich with Alexander. Thank you SO much Alexander!

Excellent walking tour - What a great way to spend a spring afternoon in Zurich. We learnt so much about the history of the old town, the original use of the many beautiful buildings and also about the lives of the old city inhabitants. Our tour included a cable car ride up to the university where we learnt about the many learned famous former students. Alexandro was a fountain of information and happy to take questions from the group. We found him a very knowledgeable guide and a charming warm person. He was generous with his time also.. We would highly recommend this tour - we now know so much more about the history of this wonderful city.

Old town Zurich tour - We spent a great two hours with Alex on our tour of Zurich. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared spots that we never would have found on our own. Lots of insider information and local recommendations that we appreciated. If you would like to have a quick tour of the old town, this is perfect.

Alex- Great guide - We ended up having a private tour, which was awesome. Alex extremely knowledgeable about Zurich and took us to areas we would otherwise not have ventured. Definitely worth the money. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the adventure!

Best introduction to Zurich - Maria was a wonderful guide, taking us to some unexpected sites and fun photo stops. She is very knowledgeable and happily answered all of our questions about Zurich life and history. Easily one of the best walking tours we’ve ever done. Highly recommend!
