Unforgettable experience - The tour was excellent. We had an awesome Guide, Peter, and the bus driver was also excellent. You will drive for approx 1hr45mins to Titlis but it was so much worth the ride. The bus was comfy and clean. No eating or drinking in bus. Just water. There is plenty of time to grab a bite at stops though. Lucern was beautiful even though you're only there for an hour or so. Trip lasted from 10am And we returned to Zurich at 7pm. Would do again for sure. Thanks Peter!

Mt. Titlis Memorable Experience - We are from Canada and my husband and I are used to beautiful mountains so we were happy to experience the grandeur of Mt. Titlis. The bus ride from Zurich to Mt. Titlis was full of stunning scenery, charming Swiss chalets, livestock and the most vibrant green countryside. Our tour guide Carsten was knowledgeable and is just the nicest person. Our driver did an excellent job of getting us there and home safely and was also very friendly. The ride up was cloudy but that didn’t dampen the experience. The glacier cave was amazing, the cliff walk and the chairlift ride was exhilarating. One of my favourite memories was seeing a woman from India experience falling snow for the first time - her joy was contagious. The line ups were long as there are several stages of rides to get to the top but that's because it’s such an amazing trip that everyone wants to experience. It’s definitely worth the wait!!

A great view and a great time! - This was a great tour! We also had bright sunny skies while up there which was amazing to be able to see out. It was just breathtaking. April weather is finicky and mountain weather especially. So it was a pleasant surprise that it was so sunny and bright out when we went. Our tour guide was Ray and he was awesome! He was very informative and he really helped all of us out. He also would take photos for each of is which was really nice. It was a great trip overall but he definitely made it more fun and told fun stories along with some about the history of the country and spots along the way. Definitely book this tour!!

The perfect day out of the city. - A really enjoyable day out. Due to the weather conditions, our guide changed up order of our visits, with the aim of having better weather conditions at the top of Mount Titlis. Unfortunately, we could only go to the first station of cable cars on Mount Titlis; as management decided the weather right at the top was unsafe. The company were very quick to react, and gave us longer to explore, as well as organising a refund, which we received on our journey back to the centre. Lucerne is beautiful, and worth a visit. It’s a great way to see the highlights of the city. Our guide was very informative and witty - only adding to the positivity of the day. Would 100% recommend. Loved every moment.

Views were worth the wait. But could have been a better experience. - The views were spectacular. The wait to get up the mountain was over an hour. I wish our guide would have gotten in line for the lift as soon as we arrived. We would have gotten up faster, but we gave everyone a ten minute bathroom break- had to regroup and waited to get in line until everyone came back. The line grew exponentially and we then had to wait an hour to get up the mountain. This then led to issues getting to Lucerne. We got to Lucerne after all the stores were closed.

Mountain experience - Enjoyable day only problem was weather. Still able to get to top of Mt Titlis. It was cut short. Would have liked time at midway station as an option. Lucerne was lovely and a good break point.

Do not book - This is absolutely nothing against our tour operator, who was wonderful. The actual experience was the worst I have ever had (and I’ve utilized viator and organized tours many times). The amount of people who were crammed into getting on the panoramic cable car was unsafe, unhealthy and scary. Hundreds of people were crammed into a tiny area, waiting in line for over an hour. We were claustrophobic, nauseous, and there were no public restrooms available. We felt completely trapped, while groups were pushing and shoving to get through. People were having anxiety attacks. When we got into the 360 panoramic, the supposed highlight, it was so packed you couldn’t see, while others pushed for views. When we reached the top, it was so overcrowded you couldn’t enjoy any feature, there were hour long lines for restaurants and restrooms. They need to institute crowd controls, better organization, and ticket limitations. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
