Fun day! - Did the Zipline and tram. It was a great experience. Be prepared to climb steps and watch your footing. The humidity makes surfaces slippery. Everyone is very nice.

Pickup never came... - My booking was confirmed and I was charged. I waited in front of my hotel for an hour for pickup and no one came. No answer at the contact phone number after multiple calls and no response to my email. If the tour was cancelled (maybe?), at least have the decency to notify your customers
