Great Day! - Excellent day out. Juan Cruz or Dominican Tom Cruz was our tour guide and he was great, friendly, funny, hardworking and has great knowledge of the island and the local community. The zip lining was great 12 different lines and various heights and length- my 14 and 16 daughters loved it. The guides were friendly and very well trained. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome time! - Had a great time, and great instructors and safety persons on each platform. Lots of fun and beautiful grounds. The weather was perfect as well and added to the enjoyment.

Enjoyed our ziplining! - Loved this excursion! My husband had never been ziplining before and he really enjoyed it. Pick up and drop off were good with Nathaniel, however we were waiting around a bit after our ziplining finished to get on the bus. John the main instructor was very clear on directions and also pretty funny. One note I’ll say is that it’s kind of misleading to say that it’s “dual side by side ziplining”. There’s only one line that is dual side by side. But overall we had a good time!

You gotta do it at least once 😉 - Amazing! The time on the lines goes by fast. Try your best to enjoy your surroundings....look down first and then all around! Great staff and they are patient, polite and make jokes to help ease the nervous ones. My only suggestion would be to add the distances between the platforms so we know how far we are soaring. Would definitely do it again 🤩

Excellent Excursion - Very well planned and informational. Felt comfortable going down the zip lines from the very first one. Our guide Luis on the way to the lines was hilarious and had lots of information. Overall an awesome experience.

Great experience and Great organization - Very well organized. Pick up time was exact. The guide was amazing with great English and interesting stories. The zip lines are organized well as well - all is quick and clear and safe. If you do more than 8 lines, prepare to be tired of waking - it's really a few minutes, but a bit exhausting due to the heat. The bust was big, new, with good conditioning. Conversation with tour operator to get details of pick up was easy and clear, though we've booked a tour for 1pm only a night before, so they have organized it all great just within half a day. The tour took us about 5h from pick-up to drop-off. Do recommend if you like to fly :)

Amazing experience - Absolutely amazing zip lining experience. Loved getting out of the resort and up into the mountains and rainforest. This was so well run and professional with friendly guides on every line so no time for fear! Can highly recommend

Professional, fun and a great zip line experience - A great adventure was had by our family of 5 (kids = 16, 19, 22). We took an afternoon reservation and were picked up at our resort in a nice, air conditioned bus which made several more stops at other resorts to pick up so the driving time was longer than expected. However, it was fun to get a peak at different resorts along the way. After the pickups we headed up in the mountains and were given a wonderful tour by our guide, Young Boy, who was lots of fun and shared a lot about the area. A heads up… it is very bumpy and caused a bit of motion-sickness for one of us. Be prepared if you deal with this. Once we arrived we were given a water bottle and headed inside for a locker ($5 for a lock you keep) or you can have an open box for your things for free. We were fully equipped by the staff and then had a safety/ how-to meeting before heading up to the first platform. 3 out of 5 of us are less adventurous but were quickly enjoying the ride. The 12 zip lines start you off small and get longer as you go. You can go on the first 2 then exit, the next 2 and exit up until #8 and by then you have to do the rest. We recommend to do them all. The last ones are so beautiful and on one of them you can even race with your partner. After the zip lines and giving back the gear and having the opportunity to purchase pictures ($40 for our group of 5) we were guided to a hut for a taste of DR specialties (coffee, hot chocolate, Mamajuana and more). There is definitely a sales pitch given but we did not feel pressure to buy. However we did purchase some coffee… delicious! After that we were headed back to our bus and enjoyed the long ride back. We were able to sit near our guide, Young Boy and our great driver, Perez (both excellent at their jobs) and enjoyed some good conversation on the way home. Overall, we would highly recommend this adventure. It was very professional, safety-conscious and a lot of fun. Even if you are not the MOST adventurous type, this is a great activity.

Best zip line tour - So much fun’s. The guides are very professional and put you at ease. I also liked that there was nothing waiting in between the 12 jumps. You just go, go, go!
