serendipitous antagonist of more celebrated settings - Bolivar Plaza appears clumsy compared. This was clean salubrious and with poised theatricity, retaining its ingredients. It added to the overblown Salt Cathedral saga. Spanish Colonial style, colourful and with the town fragrant and in a good scale. Worth walking, enjoying the poetic simplicity. The open, undulating surface wise square, provides space and foregone time pervades it

Such an amazing private tour of the Salt Cathedral! - Any visit to Bogota should include a visit to the Salt Cathedral with this company! Cindy was outstanding and a gracious host! Pedro was a fantastic driver and the two of them made this visit to Bogota magical! Cindy’s knowledge and love for her country was evident and I was treated like royalty throughout the entire tour. The cathedral was such an incredible and interesting place to see as was the town of Zipacuira. Stunning architecture, wonderful people! Please take the time to visit!

A wonderful tour with the best guide and a great driver - This tour is a must do. The Salt Cathedral was very impressive. The drive from Bogotá was very interesting in itself with Jhon Freddy our wonderful guide giving an excellent description of everything we saw en route. We stopped at a great place for coffee on the way. After our tour of the amazing cathedral we were given a tour of the beautiful old town of Zipaquirá where we also had a delicious included lunch. This tour far exceeded all expectations. Jhon Freddy is an outstanding guide who speaks excellent English. He is a very knowledgeable, personable and talented young man who helped to make this tour one of the best one day tours that I have ever experienced.

A must on your bucket list - Zipaquira a d the Salt Cathedral left a lasting positive mark for our trip and was one of the highlights. Our seiver and guide Nicolas were very accomodating and provided a lot of information on culture and history of the area. The choice for lunch was an out of this world experience. You can't go wrong with this tour...and the price paid is well worth it!

Big rock cave - It’s more of a rock cave than an actual salt mine. The carvings of the crosses were decent… nothing spectacular. It’s a huge place though and the girls we went with took a ton of pics and wanted to shop inside the mine. So by the time we got out, it was noon. We went to eat, then back to Bogota. The tour guide was super nice and talkative but we were bummed when she said we didn’t have time to go to the Zipaquira square. Would’ve been nice to at least drive past it but we didn’t see it at all.
