Joel is an amazing tour guide! - Joel was our tour guide and he was truly amazing. As an anthropologist, he was able to share many stories of the indigenous and post-colonization history of the region. As a history major myself, I especially appreciated his insights. He was great with my kids, and I have kept up with him since my visit. The salt cave itself and surrounding hillsides were stunning. Highly recommended!

Salt cathedral near Bogota, Colombia - A fascinating and fun English language tour of the very beautiful and inspiring Salt Cathedral. Our guide Melissa was wonderful. We learned so much, not just about the destination but also about different ecosystems and plants in Colombia, the local cultures and even places to shop in Bogota. Highly recommended!!

The best tour company we have hired to date. - My husband and I traveled with our daughters 11 and 8; we had no idea what to visit so to meet this company and especially its guide Juanita was amazing!! For everything she had Fast Pass and paid close attention to the girls understanding everything, rewarded them and they loved her. We as parents appreciate it as it was a very nice family experience.

Excellent guide - Juan Fernando is an excellent guide with great knowledge not only of the specific aspects of the destination (in this case the Cathedral of Salt) but of the nature, history and culture of Colombia. It is also friendly and with exquisite attention to the tourist. The experience for me and my wife was unforgettable in large part because of Juan Fernando’s extraordinary ability and willingness.

Beautiful Cathedral!!! - We loved the tour, our guide Melissa was super friendly to adapt to the needs of our group. The cathedral is impressive but there were too many people, with the private tour you manage to avoid a little the flow of the masses of people and you manage to enjoy its beauty

Great experience, great people - We did the private tour of the Salt Mines and added a visit to the Lagoon of Guatavita, both places were spectacular. The Lagoon of Guatavita is a beautiful place, with gorgeous scenery and interesting legend. The Salt Mines and cathedral it’s truly a unique and beautiful one of a kind place. Juanita Vargas our tour guide, made this experience more enjoyable, she was amazing and knowledgeable as she translate at the Lagoon and guide us through the Mines. She was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and just so pleasant to be around;). The tour is long, because we added the Lagoon to our original plans and both the driver and our tour guide were accommodating with the change of plans and made the best of our time and helped us have an amazing experience. The driver Jaime, was pleasant and drove us safe and on time to everywhere we went.
