Best Experience Ever ! - I went here for my first time during a Cruise trip in April and it was so much fun! I thought it would be scary but these guys Germaine and Nick were awesome and made me and my whole group feel comfortable. They were so funny too lol And the view was so peaceful we went through nice areas of huge trees it was so beautiful , you guys did amazing and everything was smooth and very safe! thank you so much !

Fun at the falls - Never zip-lined before. Shaquille and Lenny took very good care of us. Made an exciting new experience feel safe and fun with a personal touch.

Dunne River Zip Line ***** - The team at Dunns River Falls zip line was awesome!! Kept everyone safe and made it exciting and fun! Big WAH GWAN to Jerome and Shak best guides yet!! 2 time zip lining over Dunns River, it a must do while in Jamaica!!

Wonderful - Had a blast! The instructor made sure we were well taken care of made sure we all had a great time! Will recommend this excursion to everyone 10/10 !

Great Fun at the Zipline... - The ride from the hotel to the Dunns River Park was made enjoyable by the driver as he gave a historical chat about the island so this information was much appreciated. The team at the zipline were very professional and made the experience very enjoyable.

Wonderful Experience in Jamaica! - We did this as an excursion of our MSC cruise. It was awesome! When we got to the park, we were guided to the zip line part of the tour. Big Shaq got us all put into our safety harnesses and helmets, gave us a safety rundown, and we were off! We walked up the first tree and we were off! We zipped from tree to tree over the park and it was a blast! After the zip line, we were guided down to the water falls for a water hike up to the top! Overall great experience and everyone was so friendly and fun!

Zip Lining at Dunns River Falls. - We did enjoy the Zip lining but apparently they offer two different length courses that we were unaware of. The one that comes with this package is super short and only 4 zip lines long while the longer course adds another 4 much longer zip lines.

Tour was great! Viator was not - The falls are beautiful. Our driver, Trevor, was knowledgeable and made the long drive interesting and informative. We had an emergency and needed to contact our tour operator quickly. I contacted Viator for the number and received two bad numbers. They told me they could do nothing further to help. I will not book through Viator again.

No tickets, so no ziplining--very disappointing!! - We booked this excursion so that we could zip line. The tour company did not reserve any zip line tickets (we found out after we arrived at Dunn River Falls) so we could not zipline. The tour company only refunded 47% of our reservation amount! Do not book with this company!!

Don't use - Do not ever use this travel Tour agency . Book me with a 3rd party that no longer existed. Wasted to 3 hours of my life trying to get in contact with the company. And then it's been 5 days they still can't get ahold of the company but continue not to give me a refund. This place is a joke, please don't use them
