Lots of fun, great day! - We had an awesome day! Super fun! The guides were great, safe and friendly. Our driver Jarly was fantastic…super nice and had a great time chatting with him enroute back to the hotel. Highly recommend this excursion and if you can ask for Jarly! You’ll have a great time!

Just do it!!!! Title your review just do it - This was an absolutely amazing experience. The driver was polite and engaging (Jarly) and the staff was professional and respectful. You walk uphill for about a .25 of a mile but it is zip-lining after that. The views are beautiful and the wind made it refreshing. We are in our 50’s and thoroughly enjoyed everything! Highly recommend.

Super fun! - Our guide was so fun, thanks Jonathan! We had a blast on the ziplines and felt very safe! We tried fresh mango, cocoa beans, and watched how a cigar is made!

Unique Zipling Experience - This excursion was fun and a little unique compared to previous zip lining experiences. The tour operator contacted me the night I booked the excursion via What's App to discuss a pick up time the following day. We were picked up just a few min after our scheduled time the following day and had nice cold AC in the 80 something degree weather. The driver arrived with my name on a card which helped my family and I to feel safe leaving with him...it is a foreign country after all. Shortly after getting into the van, we realized only 2/5 of us brought water (one previous reviewer stated there was no water at the facility so we wanted to be safe given the high temps) and the driver kindly stopped at a gas station to get bottled water for us although there ended up being a filtered water dispener at the excursion. The facility was about 40 min away from The Finest. Once arriving, we apparently had missed a few lines that the current group had done, so we were driven to the first line which was like VIP service and quickly got through the 2nd and 3rd lines. We eventually caught up to the group with the 4th line, waited some, and then quickly got through lines 5-7. The excursion lasted about 1.5 hours which was great given my parents' heat intolerance. Our driver took videos of us on his phone and sent them to us via AirDrop without even asking us for money which only made us want to tip him more. I think there was an optional cigar shop stop otw back to our resort but we wouldn't haven't been interested. We honestly had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better driver to accompany us!!!

Super fun time! - The zip line park was great! Jarly picked us up from our resort and took us to get souvenirs first, and was very friendly. Once we got to the park, we were able to get hooked up right away thanks to Jarly, and had a blast. He even took photos and videos for us and sent them at the end.

Great Time - This was a lot of fun but 4 stars because there weren’t many lines. But good enough since it was our first time and the lines were easy. It was a bit disorganized trying to figure out the pick up time and location prior to the actual start time. Too much down time with cigar tour. But we loved our driver Osiris who was awesome and made the day so much better and why this will get 4 stars.

Nice activity but long ride getting there - We were picked up at our resort by the driver on time(8:30am) & headed to the zip line park. After driving about 30 min., it seemed the driver had no idea where he was going. He pulled over & we asked him & he said he needed the navigation. He entered an address and he still didn't find it. He had to call someone and after another 15 min. he took us to the location. The actual activity was fine but the extra time being lost was not pleasant.

Canceled by Provider - Canceled by vendor due to Tropical Storm Franklin. I was notified the evening before. Hopefully, I'll see a refund.

No fun - We were supposed to be picked up at 12 noon, and never did. Heard nothing from NO one until after 1 pm, and we had already left to do something else. Still waiting for a refund
