“Amazing Taiwanese cooking experience. - We started by meeting Wayne at the designated spot. Since it’s right next to the metro station, it was incredibly easy to find. Wayne’s English is completely fluent, so my partner was able to fully interact even though she doesn’t speak mandarin. We started with a tour of the local market which was much better than expected. Tried some snacks that we would not have otherwise bought ourselves. The cooking portion was the highlight though of course. Not only do we get his family recipes, cook and eat delicious food, but Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about cooking techniques.
