Great tour! - Our driver Chang, aka papa bear haha was great! He gave us a great tour of all the areas as well an an insight in the history of each place. He also gave us plenty of time to explore, shop and gave us great recommendations in what foods to try. The tour felt almost as a private tour, there was only one other really nice couple in the tour with us, so we had plenty of space in the van. He also gave us clear instructions for each place and was in contact with us while we were exploring in our own… Thank you!

A must see tour - Great tour, i would recommend visiting these places. Everything is wonderful. You must take cash for visiting Jiufen, as the sellers at the market expects cash only most of them

Excellent for the price. - They have definitely been listening to the reviews, the tour guide now gives background information on the sites. The bus is larger.
This site is insanely well priced for all the places you get to go, and you have flexibility to explore on your own in each part. You’ll spend 6x more trying to find all these places on your own.

A day of historical and cultural tours - The tour guide is very professional. In addition to explaining the history and culture of each place, he is also very familiar with local history, giving people a professional feel. The itinerary is very good, you can fully see every place, and you can swim easily

Good Value and Fun Tour - Great tour: Started at Shifen Waterfall, then to Shifen Old Street to release the lantern. Then off to Jiufen Old Street (lunch) and finally YehLiu Geopark. Thomas was our guide. He was prompt, professional and pretty hands off. He drove us to the sites, gave us some tips, and told us to come back at a certain time. He took good care to ensure that the lantern (the highlight) shop staff assist us and found one that was reasonably priced. I later checked the shops along the street and found pricier ones. He also went ahead and paid for the YehLiu Geopark admission. I don't know why the description lists the weekend shuttle bus fare since this tour has a professional driver. I asked Viator to reach out to the tour provider but Viator never got a response. I wished that Thomas would give us an introduction to Jiafen or maybe a little map to get around. We missed a teahouse we wanted to go (near the entrance of the street) and another couple got lost. Tip: Items at Jiafen and Shifen are comparably priced.

Interesting - Yehliu geo park is probably the highlight of this tour and our guide Ruby was most helpful in pointing out the feature rocks. She did an excellent job in taking care of the whole party.

Nice trip - Nice trip, friendly guide. A little bit long stays the two first stops.
The price was also ok. The information on meeting place and time could have been disclosed before order placement - that would have been nice. Now I felt a little bit blindfolded not knowing where and when before after booking.
