Amazing Zhangjiajie Tour - We had an incredible experience on our two-day Zhangjiajie tour with Max as our guide. After comparing multiple tours, we decided on this one—and we’re so glad we did! Max was absolutely fantastic. He spoke excellent English, was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and took the time to make sure we saw everything. His passion for the region and attention to detail made the tour even more special. We never felt rushed, and he always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. If you’re looking for the best way to explore Zhangjiajie, this tour is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Incredible 2-Day Private Tour in Zhangjiajie - After much doubting about whether we needed a tour guide, we finally decided to go for it—and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! We booked a 2-day private tour covering the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Grand Canyon Mountain, and it was by far the best decision we made during our trip. Day 1: Hassle-Free Exploration of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Our guide, Max, picked us up at the hotel lobby in the morning. From the very first moment, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He was incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, and took care of everything—from purchasing entrance tickets to navigating the complex shuttle bus system inside the park (which can be a nightmare if you don’t speak Chinese). Without Max, we would have wasted a lot of time figuring out the logistics and probably missed some of the best spots. Instead, we effortlessly visited all the major highlights, including the most scenic viewpoints. He also took us to hidden gems that we would have never found on our own! Day 2: Ultimate Adventure at Grand Canyon & Beyond The next morning, Max was there again, ready to take us on another unforgettable day. This time, we explored Grand Canyon Mountain, and just like the previous day, we didn’t have to think about a thing—just follow along and enjoy! We got to experience everything: ✔️ Skywalk Bridge – The famous glass bridge with breathtaking views ✔️ VR Simulator – A fun, immersive experience ✔️ Zipline & Slides – Pure adrenaline rush! ✔️ Boat Ride Through the Canyons – A stunning way to take in the landscapes ✔️ Scenic Hike to the Caves – A must-see natural wonder ✔️ Yellow Dragon Cave – A beautiful underground world (far from the canyon, but since we had a private driver, it was no problem!) ✔️ Baofeng Lake Cruise – Another spectacular boat ride in a completely different area ✔️ Giant Salamanders – A surprising and unique stop we hadn’t expected! The Perks of Having a Private Guide One of the biggest advantages of a private tour was the complete flexibility. Since we had our own driver, we could visit multiple locations in a single day—something that would have been nearly impossible on our own. Another huge benefit was the time-saving factor. Zhangjiajie is not tourist-friendly for non-Chinese speakers—there’s almost no English signage, and navigating the shuttle system can be very confusing. Without Max, we would have wasted hours just trying to figure out where to go. Instead, we maximized every single moment of our trip. More Than Just a Guide… A Great Companion At the end of our tour, we told Max we wanted to eat Western food, and he went out of his way to find a great spot for us. We even invited him to join us for dinner because we had such a great time with him! After dinner, he walked with us through a local street market and even helped us buy medicine at a pharmacy—something that would have been a real challenge without someone who speaks the language. Final Verdict: Book It! If you’re on the fence about hiring a guide for Zhangjiajie, don’t hesitate—just do it! It will save you time, stress, and even money by ensuring you make the absolute most of your trip. A huge thank you to Max and Zhangjiajie Tours for making our experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have done it without you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommended!

Stress-Free and Perfectly Organized Zhangjiajie Tour with Andy - After countless hours of research and comparing different tour operators for Zhangjiajie, I finally found Andy – and what a lucky find that was! We planned our trip just three days in advance, and I was completely overwhelmed and stressed out. I literally couldn’t see the forest for the trees. From the very first contact, Andy took all my stress away. He listened carefully to our wishes and created a perfectly tailored itinerary. Everything was handled down to the smallest detail: from buying the right tickets to mapping out the best routes in the park. Andy speaks fluent English, responds incredibly quickly to messages, and always provided clear and honest information. What I appreciated most was how stress-free the entire experience was. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could fully focus on enjoying the breathtaking nature of Zhangjiajie. Andy’s knowledge of the area is impressive, and he made sure we saw not only the main highlights but also some hidden gems. If you’re looking for a reliable guide who offers clear, honest, and transparent communication and takes care of everything for you, look no further. Andy is the best choice, and you won’t regret it. It may sound a bit exaggerated, but trust me – this experience made our trip truly unforgettable! ❤️❤️

Fantastic enjoyable trip to Zhangjiajie. - We took the cable car right to the top of the mountain. After the cable we walk the path, elevators, lift down to the Tianmen. The sceneries on the way down was fantastic and can be scary. The glass bridge we have to do it the next day.

You will regret not going... - This is a must see for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The sight of the cave from the bottom of the 999 steps stairway and the picturesque 99 Bends Road is truly spectacular. It must be nice to return to this place when there are sporting events taking place. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the place as it is. It was not too crowded, which allowed us to stroll and take photos on a leisurely pace. Our tour guide, Andy, was very hospitable and most important of all, spoke very good English. He was able to give us interesting facts while on tour, showed us the best way to go about the tour site, guided us in a very cool/calm manner (which I prefer) and was very kind enough to take our photos and give assistance whenever needed. This is the kind of vacation tour we want. We are very happy and satisfied with the place itself and the service offered by Andy and the driver. We highly recommend this tour and service.
