Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour guide at the airport or train station, holding a sign with your name. A comfortable, non-smoking vehicle with an experienced driver will take you directly to your hotel in Zhangjiajie City. Your guide will assist with the check-in process. The remainder of the day is yours to explore this beautiful city at your leisure.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Yuanjiajie Avatar Mountain & Tianzi Mountain Peak Forest (B, L)

Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area of Zhangjiajie - After breakfast, begin your day by taking the Bailong elevator up to Yuanjiajie, located in the northern part of Zhangjiajie National Park. This area is renowned worldwide as the inspiration for the floating mountains in the Hollywood movie Avatar. The peaks in Yuanjiajie are nearly uniform in height, creating a platform perfect for enjoying expansive views.

Next, board a sightseeing bus to Tianzi Mountain, where you can marvel at the peaks rising in succession. The summit offers a comprehensive view of the entire scenic area, which is both magnificent and awe-inspiring.

After this thrilling tour, you will be escorted back to your hotel.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Yellow Stone Village & Golden Whip Stream, Tea Picking Activity (B, L)

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park - Today, explore the stunning scenic spots in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Take a cable car up to Huangshi Village, which is 1080 meters above sea level. As the saying goes, “He who does not reach Huangshi Village does not pay a true visit to Zhangjiajie.” Later, discover the renowned Golden Whip Brook, which stretches 7.5 km, winding through mountains and valleys. It is famous for its clear water, steep cliffs, and tranquil valley.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is China’s first state-level forest park, celebrated for its exquisite forests, uniquely shaped peaks and rocks, beautiful canyons, limestone caves, and breathtaking panoramic views.

Note:
For those who prefer a shorter walk, you can choose to walk part of the Golden Whip Stream, then visit the tea garden in the afternoon. Here, you can pick tea yourself, observe the tea-making process in the factory, taste local Chinese tea, and learn about Chinese tea culture through a tea ceremony.

Yellow Dragon Cave & Tianmen Mountain National Park & Departure (B, L)

Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park - Begin your day with a visit to the natural wonder, Yellow Dragon Cave, also known as Huanglong Cave. This underground palace is acclaimed as the most beautiful cave in the world by UNESCO experts, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with a length of 7.6 kilometers and a height of 140 meters. This vast limestone cave features two underground rivers, four waterfalls, 13 caverns, and 10,000 stalagmites and stalactites.

In the afternoon, travel 30 km to Tianmen Mountain National Park. Experience the longest cableway in Asia, spanning 7200 meters, and capture photos of the Avenue toward Heaven with its 99 turns from the cable car. At the top of Tianmen Mountain, enjoy the Cliff-Hanging Walkway, hold your breath on the thrilling Glass Sky Walk, and visit the natural mountain-penetrating Karst cave, Tianmen Cave.
