Zhangjiajie 5-Days Private Tour for 3 seniors - I found Chris contact here. Started communicating with him on my trip arrangement for 3 seniors aged 64-67. I communicated with him via email. He was very quick and prompt with the tour proposal. For comparison, I contacted another agent. Chris' costing was most transparent. He detailed the costing by showing all the entrance admission fees, daily transport cost, English speaking tour guides. To confirm the booking, he only requested 500 RMB as deposit, unlike other agent, the cost quoted was lump sum in USD without breakdowns, deposit requested was like 10%. For Chris, being local tour guide, he knows the places very well. He made some recommendations to my proposed itinerary to ensure the flow, unlike other agent, simply follow my proposal. Whenever I have question regarding the trip, Chris always replied promptly. We managed to meet the couple on our arrival day. As we arrive in the evening, he picked us up and brought us to 72 building as it's best visit in the evening and it's near the train station. This tour was originally scheduled in the afternoon after Tianmen tour. Very thoughtful of him. He assigned Terry as our guide for the 5 days. Terry speaks very good English. Very attentive to the 3 of us. He observed that my brother-in-law fitness is limited given his size, he will take alternate route to avoid stairs walking where possible. During our tour, he will always alert us to mind our steps and direct us to the best picture taking spot. Overall very satisfied with the tour organized by Chris, led by Terry. Highly recommended !!

Zhangjiajie is a must visit! And go with Chris, he’s the best guide!!! - This was such a great trip! Zhangjiajie is breathtakingly beautiful with so much to see. My family and I took a private tour with Chris and he took such great care of us, catering activities and food to suit our pace and preferences. Zhangjiajie family trip - This is my second time traveling to Zhangjiajie with Kelly she is extraordinary! My first time was back in 2023 February right during the Chinese new year holiday, even tho was full and stressful due to the amount of people Kelly helped us to arrange everything, hotels , transportation and parks tickets. This time my family came to china from Colombia and I didn’t hesitate to put them in Kelly’s hands, and again was a blast! She help us with their transportation, park tickets and hotels in zhangjiajie and fenghuang the Phoenix ancient village . I highly recommend her tours if you are going to zhangjiajie very professional service at all times !
