Zermatt walking tour and history of Matterhorn. - Exceptional walking tour of village. So much history of Zermatt going back to 1800’s. Excellent guide…would highly recommend.

a tour to remember in Zermatt - Our first visit to Zermatt and it proved to be a wonderful experience! Our local guide, Mike, is a delight to work with - a professional! His expansive knowledge is evident in tour itinerary. My husband and I were able to appreciate this well-known alpine resort not just for the tourism it represents, but more so for its history and cultural significance. This was truly an enjoyable and informative visit!

First time to Zermatt - a must!! - Anton Imoberdorf (Tony) was a great tour guide. He started by sitting us down and explaining Switzerland with a map we kept. We learned some history and basics before walking around Zermatt. His English was great, he has a great sense of humor and put up with all our (a lot) questions. He even joined us for the Matterhorn Museum which we had planned to visit later that day. We learned so much about Switzerland and Zermatt, which we never would have learned just walking around ourselves.

away from tourism masses - great tourguide - The time was actually too short, because it was interesting to listen to Toni. So many stories and references to the village that is so completely touristy. But we saw a few places where there were no tourists and that's exactly what we were looking for.

Seeing the Matterhorn from town - Enjoyed our walk. He went at our pace and was very accommodating to anything we wanted to know! Great lunch recommendation at the end of the tour also. Very enjoyable short tour.
