I embarked on my paragliding journey in September 2014. From my initial flight, I was certain that this would evolve into more than a hobby, it would become a fervor. Consequently, I have devoted my entire life to paragliding, amassing 2430 flights and 1400 hours over five years. I’ve competed in numerous contests and have had the opportunity to fly in nations such as Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Turkey, India, Austria, Nepal, Thailand, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia, Norway, Spain, and Denmark. I find immense joy in imparting my enthusiasm for paragliding to others as passengers and take delight in accompanying them on flights. Born in Zermatt in July 1984, my family has been in this town for numerous generations, giving me a profound understanding of the local culture and nature. Travel holds a significant place in my life, allowing me to explore 58 countries to date. I’m proficient in German, French, English, and Spanish.

Father/son Paragliding Adventure from Sunnegga Peak in Zermatt. - Our guide/pilot was excellent. Besides being very knowledgeable of the area, he was very competent and a skilled pilot. You felt very safe. We were provided with a wind suit and boots. We saw other groups at the mountain top in sneakers and underdressed. I highly recommend Zermatt Paragliding. Stephen H.

The BEST way to see the Matterhorn! - It was such a fun and unique way to see the Matterhorn! The guide was so informative and knowledgeable, and totally experienced! The paragliding ride itself was as exciting and awe-inspiring as it was peaceful and serene!

Incredible experience ! - I definitely recommend paragliding with Amedee. He’s a local from Zermatt and he just knows every part of the Alps and is extremely professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would do it again.
The view is stunning and I felt safe during all the flight!

Yes….Yes….Yes - This is a must do and out of this world experience. My two kids loved every minute (age 14 and 17). Guides were fun and made the experience 5 out of 5 stars. They take great pics and photos so enjoy the ride and let them do all the work!

smooth amazing experience - Amedee is such a cool guy ,very professional but more important very friendly ,make you feel comfortable (something that is very important to trust a pilot ) ,before I have flown with him I had checked other flight companies in person by myself ,and some were only focus in selling... and others kind of rude ,now I have flown a couple of times ,every time i visit Zermatt ! is a must for me.
my advice is to choose by yourself keeping in mind as everything else ,look for the people that do it for passion ,surfing ,snowboarding etc etc ,you are always gonna find the best experience when you use that Key ,and I know this guy is a professional and passionate about what he does ,every single minute he has free time ,he go flying ,thanks buddy ,hope to visit Zermatt soon again ,see you there

AMAZING BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE WITH MARTIN!❤️ - I’ve always wanted to fly paragliding, but due to the fear of height, that’s been holding me back for a long time. Since I’m spending my 33 birthday here in Zermatt, I came across “Zermatt Paragliding” and contacted them. Amedee (Michael) sent me a message shortly.
At first, I wanted to do the Condor Klein Matterhorn, but it was too windy, so he suggested trying the Rothorn instead. It wasn’t disappointing at all! The view was so unbelievable and gorgeous. I can see the Zermatt town, Matterhorn, and it’s surrounding mountains! The day was super clear and sunny, so it was a great day to fly.
My pilot is Martin Sarbach, and even though he speaks little English, we had fun talking and laughing the whole time! Not to mention, we took a lot of selfies, pictures, and videos together. I would totally recommend him and will definitely fly with him again when I’m back in town. He went above and beyond helping me with clothings and my stuffs and making sure you’ve a great experience! Feel like I’ve known him for a long time :)
Not to mention, he took me on a little roller coaster rides, which made me scream and he took me up close on the mountain to see some animals and avalanche protections and showed me the ski terrains and hiking trails.
Since it was my first time flying, he made me want to do it over again. It was so clam, peaceful, and not scary at all. I wish it was longer than 20 minutes as the whole experience is truly fun and amazing! Thank you Martin for the best birthday experience😍❤️
