A Must-Do When Visiting Stone Town - I would recommend this tour as a necessity for anyone visiting Stone Town for an extended period. Ally was very personable and knowledgeable about his city. He also gave great recommendations for our time after his tour. In all, this package gives you a lot of context about the city’s landscape and history with a guide who feels like an old friend, who is a history buff, showing you all the famous and hidden parts of his hometown.

A must do - I highly recommend this visit of Stone Town (a must do when coming to Zanzibar)! The guide was extremely professional and interesting. We had the opportunity to discover the city and fully appreciate its dynamism. Through the lively streets, we got a lot of information on the historical places and monuments encountered and visited ; and with a touch of humour, we learned a lot about the city. We will for sure remember this very pleasant visit!

A must-use service when visiting Stone Town! - Excellent! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a comprehensive and educational overview of the sights in stone town. We were with a 10 year old child, and it was not an issue walking around or getting bored. Our guide took his time and we never felt rushed, and he adjusted our return drop so we can end at the restaurant Lukman. I would highly recommend this service and we would use it again!

Great learning experience - I got a good explanation of the city and history. I thought the slave museum was very good. After having spent a day wandering the city on my own it was nice to have the context and history behind what I was seeing. Really worthwhile in my opinion

Best 2 hour snapshot of Stonetown!! - Highest recommendation for Ally and his tours!! I found him on Instagram and from start to finish he was very responsive and accommodating in setting up a tour date and time. Stone Town was our last stop before flying back to Dar ... Ally kindly arranged for a driver to meet us at the start of the tour to take our luggage and then meet us at the end of the tour to take us to the airport so we didn’t have to roll suitcases through the streets of Stone Town. He is filled with unending knowledge, expertise, stories and fun facts of the things we are seeing. Our tour started off with a little rain and he had umbrellas for us to use!! He introduced us to and let us sample local foods at the market! The tour ended at the slave market museum, which was very interesting. His personality is wonderful; charming genuine and kind.
