Best holiday ever. - What a fantastic holiday! We were on the Aphrodite and there was nothing to complain about. Muhammad the chef, cooked the most delicious food, in the smallest and hottest kitchen, with skill and smiles! Ahmed, the barman/coffee guy and go to person could not do enough and Hamde, a most generous, capable, kind man made sure EVERYTHING was fine. Captain Panos had some good stories to tell. The islands we visited were nicely varied, the swim spots beautiful and often, the atmosphere relaxed! Thanks SIG, see you next year!

Sailing through the Greek Islands. - A fantastic holiday aboard 'Aphrodite' last week, cruising between several beautiful islands. The Captain and crew were amazing, looking after our every need with smiles and laughter. The food was delicious, it couldn't have been better. We would highly recommend this trip.

Sublime trip regardless of weather... - This was our second cruise with Sail in Greece having been on the Harmonia sailing out of Corfu in October 2023. The Aphrodite is captained by Panos, a former tanker operative who decided to work nearer to home and his three crew are made up of engineer, chef and cleaner but all share the duties among themselves. The problem with gulet cruising is that there are very few fellow travellers. No crowd to hide in so to speak. Again, we were not disappointed. We were joined by three couples from Yorkshire, travelling together, and then two couples also from Yorkshire and travelling together. Besides us there was a couple from Germany; the wife could speak English but her husband couldn't. Needless to say that the twelve of us UK residents dug out our school learned German to help out. The weather was against us with strong winds preventing us from leaving Zante harbour for a couple of days. This is where the company stepped up and put on a couch tour of the island free of charge for us. A great day was had by all! A big thanks to Sail in Greece! As last time in 2023, the typical cruise day consists of hot and cold breakfast at about 08.30 followed by casting off and heading to a swim stop. Then about 13.00, after mooring up, is lunch. A full on, freshly cooked buffet style meal. Then it's off to the next port for the evening. Even though we had a delayed start, Cpt Panos managed to get us to 4 different islands not including one called Atokos near Ithaca where wild pigs swim in the sea with you. Never mind the Bahamas, this is bliss! A massive thanks to captain, crew and fellow guests of the Aphrodite for a hugely enjoyable trip full of wit, banter, great food and stunning scenery. Were there any problems in the week? Just one (and please take note, Sail in Greece). The website clearly states that all passengers will have access to snorkelling equipment. That's a mask and snorkel to you and me, not fins. The Aphrodite was equipped with just two masks and no snorkels. Cpt Panos had to borrow one from another boat. In 2023, the Harmonia had a bucket load, enough for all passengers on board. When you see the colour and clarity of the sea in the Greek islands, how can you not want to jump in?

Sail the Ionian Sea on the Aurora - This is the perfect was to experience the Greek islands, on these lovely wooden sailing boats. The crew were so friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful and quite delicious, and the ensuite cabins were perfect for a lazy, casual holiday. The passing scenery was breathtaking and each time we berthed there was plenty of time to explore each town and village we visited. There were also opportunities to swim off the boat at many stopping points. One of the most memorable stopovers was the uninhabited island of Atokos which is occupied by a group of friendly water-loving pigs and their piglets. What an experience! Altogether, a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you so much, crew of the Aurora.

Fabulous friendly cruise - Good boat with lovely friendly captain crew and fellow guests. We had a lovely trip with swim stops, and even fed some pigs on a beach! Cabins were clean and just about big enough. Fiskardo was lovely. Shame we lost a couple of days at sea due to bad weather. Sad to leave the boat to go home.

Very nice bathing trip with beautiful bays - Very nice tour with great crew Excellent food for breakfast and lunch Shortcoming the bay with the shipwreck was saved Excursions that are bookable were not feasible as 5 pm was laid out and then a 4h tour no longer makes sense Air conditioning in the cabins must be paid additionally and does not work properly
