Must do in Zagreb! - Kristina met us at our hotel lobby for a walking tour of the city. Being the low season, we were lucky to have this as a private tour and all of the sites were much more pleasant as less tourists are around. Kristina provided great information about the sites in excellent English. We sampled cheese at the Dolac market, all farm to table. I’m usually apprehensive about cheese not knowing if it will be pungent tasting (which I don’t like) but these cheeses were so delicious! We also ate at a štrukli restaurant later in the tour, which is one of the best things I have ever eaten! Definitely try the blueberry! Overall we had a great tour with excellent company feeling more like we were learning from a friend. Book this tour and ask for Kristina!

Interesting tour for foodies - We toured with Kristina, a Zagreb native and enthusiast, in the heart of Zagreb and she regaled us with details of her hometown. On that particular day we were the only tour participants in this walking tour and we requested that she focus the tour on food related activities. Our first stop was the farmer's market where we talked to locals and sampled food. The farmers market is located outdoors and also below ground in air conditioned space. We sampled cheese and bread as part of this tour. Next we toured the Upper Town and Kristina pointed out the important historical landmarks. We learnt a good amount of Zagreb history during this phase of the tour. Included in the tour was a stop for coffee. We concluded our tour at La Struk,a restaurant that specializes in Strukli. You must visit this restaurant in Zagreb to eat Strukli, a traditional dish of Croatia. Overall this was a wonderful tour that focused on the food and history of Zagreb. Highly Recommended.

Very interesting private walking/food tour - We had a wonderful time touring the city! Kristina had so much knowledge and passion about Zagreb and it's history. We tasted some very nice cheeses at the market, had a traditional coffee break and a typical Strukli dish on a lovely terasse. The weather was terribly hot, but Kristina did all she could to keep us well hydrated and out of the sun. Would highly recommended!

Fantastic Private tour, highly reccomended - We booked this tour as part of our weekend break in Zagreb. We selected the earlier tour to get as much of the day as we can. Our guide Kristina gave us all of the info and interesting facts about Zagreb, surrounding and Croatia in general. We loved the food tasting on the Dolac market and a nice pastry with fresh cheese Strukli that followed. We were delighted to hear the cannon and take the funicular ride. We will surely book them next time in Croatia.

Walking tour of Zagreb - Our guide gave my partner and me an excellent overview of the history of Zagreb and its key features. We also tasted locally made cheese and went to a restaurant for a traditional Croatian dish. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I recommend this tour.
