- LUGGAGE LIMITATIONS: On the tour, each participant is welcome to bring one suitcase and one hand luggage. The luggage will be safely stored in the vehicle during tour.
- The tour includes prox. 5km of walking on uneven surfaces -please wear comfortable walking shoes (we visit highlights of both, the Lower Lakes and the Upper Lakes).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.

- Depending on the weather conditions some parts of the park may be restricted
- Here are few items you may need to make your time on the excursion the best of all: closed comfortable shoes (sneakers), sportswear, In case of rain raincoat or an umbrella. After summer time we recommend to bring also a warm sweater or jacket.

A brilliant day, fantastic guide and one of the most beautiful places on the planet. - This is a big day with lots of travelling and walking at the park but it was well worth it as we got to experience Plitvice as well as the great countryside between Zagreb and Slit. Our guide Sanja was just terrific -organised but relaxed and very knowledgeable and most importantly very caring and considerate. Words can’t describe the beauty and uniqueness of Plitvice -it is one of the worlds most unique places -if you get the opportunity to visit grab it with both hands.

Great way to see Plitvice in a day - This was a great way to see Plitvice Lakes while efficiently transferring to Zagreb to Split. The hotel pickup was extremely convenient, and our guide Sonja was great. We were able to learn a lot about Zagreb and Croatia from chatting with her during the drive
We got to see the upper lakes, and the lower lakes from above. The visit to Plitvice was planned to make the absolute best use of the time we had. I would recommend this tour as a time-efficient way to see Plitvice on a tour of Croatia!

Beautiful Place - The weather was horrible, but the lakes were still spectacular. Our guide, Peter was knowledgeable and provided everyone on the tour a superb experience.. He dealt with a couple very difficult participants with equanimity and class while keeping everyone else focused on the beautiful surroundings.

A beautiful natural site but not much of a tour provided - Logistics went smoothly. The only disappointment was that there was really no tour given at the park. You were "herded" in the right direction. Usually. There were times when we waited for one of the guides at a fork in the path.

Got us to where we needed. - Our tour guides were very informative and knowledgeable throughout the drive and did a very good job of educating us on Croatian history. Plitvice is a must see. With that said, these are coach buses that are not in the best of condition as far as comfort is concerned. With a large group, it was also required that we stop along the way, even if that would not have been necessary on a smaller means of transportation

Please employ information sharing tour guides - The tour to the Plitvice lakes is once in a lifetime visit. A very unique national park like none other. Unfortunately our guide was not up to the mark. I wish we had someone who explained the importance or gave some informative tid bits as we walked a few hours viewing the multiple levels the lakes were situated on. The guide could have made this a very memorable visit, but it is a great missed opportunity. We saw another tour from Split whose guide was so informative and explained a lot during the entire 5 km walk. These types of tours can be either br a make or break depending on the expertise of the guides who are leading the tours. We expect the guides to be enthusiastic and energetic to keep the party involved and engaged. We had none of those. I urge the tour operators and Viator to ensure we have skilled and knowledgeable guides on such tours! I am very disappointed with this tour!
