Excellent tour! - Karlo is an excellent guide! I had a wonderful time going off the beaten path and exploring the countryside of Croatia. Karlo is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Karlo also mentioned points of interest along the way which made the tour even better. I was also given a few Croatian treats 😊. Great Tour! - This was a great tour! I was looking to do one more activity when I was in Zagreb, and this was a perfect way to end the trip! The scenery and castle were both beautiful. Varazdin was lovely, and it was nice to have some free time to explore. Karlo is an A+ tour guide - knowledgeable, engaging, and full of enthusiasm. If you have the opportunity to book this or another tour with Karlo and Bespoke Croatia Tours, definitely do it - he is the best!

Beautiful castles with a great guide! - Karlo is an excellent guide; he’s personable, knowledgeable, and caring. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting him, his passion for his country and its history shines through. This was our second tour with him. We did a walking tour of Zegreb with Karlo on our first day, and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to book a full day excursion with him the following day, Castles he took us to see were beautiful, and he helped us plan meals to try local cuisine. After both tours, we truly felt like we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.

Great Last Day in Zagreb - Karlo is a wonderful guide. We took this tour on our fourth full day with him. He obviously loves Croatia and his knowledge of history and all things Croatia makes all of his tours delightful. The tour of the castle was fascinating. We were not sure that we wanted to visit a cemetery but Karlo was right it was a must see. Very large and quite different from what we usually see. Varazdin is a town full of beautiful buildings and is just the right size for enjoying free time. As always Karlo provided snacks for the ride and helped us find a wonderful local restaurant where we could have a delicious lunch. If we are ever fortunate enough to visit Croatia again it will be with Karlo.

Wonderful Private Tour - Karlo is a very personable, knowledgeable tour guide. Coordinating a pickup location with him was simple, and transportation was comfortable with nice air conditioning! Karlo also provided some water and snacks for the car ride. In addition to the positive experience with Karlo as a tour guide, Varaždin is a beautiful town with a much different flavor than other parts of Croatia, and Trakošćan Castle is enchanting. Very glad we added this tour to our trip!

Awesome Experience - Our driver/tour guide -Karlo-and BeSpoke company truly deserved my 5 stars. We had a great time in Varazdin & Trakoscan Castle and learning a lot of history from Karlo while driving in a comfortable Mercedez SUV. He also gave us a bag of snacks and bottled water, which was really thoughtful. Karlo cares about his customers and we became family at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Visit Day Trip to Baroque Varazdin and Trakoscan Castle made to our measure - With my husband we decided to take a short holiday to Zagreb in July this year. During our stay we came across this private day tour to Baroque Varazdin and Trakoscan Castle. It proved to be a very good choice. Scenic and pleasant private tour out of city of Zagreb - This tour takes you away from the city to a quaint town in Varazdin and the Trakoscan Castle.  Karlo, the local guide provided storytelling in the history of both places, which enriched the experience. A guide with a fountain of knowledge and passion. Karlo allowed lots of time to explore, photo opportunity and to experience local food for lunch. The drive to both places were pleasant, which can also be enjoyed with the treats provided by Karlo. An enjoyable and relaxing outing. A travellers dream!
