Excellent - We had a lovely time on the hop on hop off bus. Driver and guide very friendly. Had some nice chats with the guide. Lovely to see all the places of interest

Practical way to see the highlights! - Got to see the city highlights very quickly, the commentary could have been more pointed. We had to guess where we were on the tour.

Efficient way to see Zagreb - If you have limited time in Zagreb, this is the best tour to take. In 1 hour you cover the highlights. The driver and the tour guide were very friendly. Zagreb is not Split or Dubrovnik- has few “must see” historic sights.

Just okay - Okay for a short city highlight tour. Only about 6 or 7 stops and well over an hour to wait for a return bus. There really is not much to see when you stop, except by the funicular. Overall not bad.

So disappointing - Seriously very disappointed with this experience. Learned little to nothing about the history of Zagreb, a bit about some of the buildings is about all. Put your walking shoes on and do one of the walking tours and you will get so much more out of it.

Not a Hop on Hop Off experience - Definitely not a Hop On Hop Off experience, rather its a one hour tour of the town. Even though I had a reserved seat as requested,for a specific date and time, I was almost not accepted to get in the tiny bus, as it was almost full.

Avoid or get conformation in writing - Tour operator dis not show up nor did they respond to any communication attempts. I requested a refund.

Not worth the money paid. - Pd 40 euros for the trip. We got off at a site as it is hop on hop off. Unfortunately the buss thereafter was full at each collection point and we could not board again. It is shamefull and disgusting to have paid so much for so little.

Worst tour I have taken anywhere in the world - We arrived at the pick up spot early and there were only 3 spaces on the bus. The driver wanted to take 3 people and told us to come back 90 minutes later even though we arrived before any groups of 3. We ignored himand got on the bus. We were on the bus for about 30 minutes when the audio equipment stopped working and they pulled over to repair it and it was really hot on the bus. After a while, we left the bus to walk back to our car.

Don’t recommend this tour. You may lose your money. Very poorly run. - You have to book your time slot and pay. We met at the point sent to us. We got there 1.5 hours earlier since it was warm and we could sit in the shade. The bus arrived on time but if was full. No seats available. He stopped and turned about 20 of us away and said we needed to get on at another location to guarantee your spot? This was a 12.30pm booking. He said the next one is 2.30pm and you would need to meet at the other location. He had sold some tickets to others near us and said that they would get preference due to the company getting the money directly rather than through the booking agent who takes a while to pass it on.
