• Saturday : Arrival in Ouarzazate : Welcome and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay upon arrival at Ouarzazate airport. Flights typically connect through Casablanca and land in the evening, hence dinner is not provided.

Day 2-6: Horseback riding : Our journey on horseback commences from Zagora, venturing southwest into the vast Moroccan desert. As we traverse the desert, we scale the final mountain barrier to the Sahara. Navigating serpentine trails, we ascend to a vantage point offering a breathtaking view. The descent takes us through oases perched on arid plateaus, where sparse acacia trees defy the harsh climate. Progressing southward, the initial dunes we encounter grow increasingly larger, eventually dominating the horizon. Advancing towards the Draa Valley, we weave through extensive dune fields interspersed with tamarisk. Along the way, we discover dwellings, lush palm groves, and kasrs (fortified villages). Entering the Draa Valley involves traversing dunes, plateaus (reg), and gorges. Subsequently, we come across small villages.

We provide pickups from your hotel in Zagora and transport you to our stables, where we will match you with the perfect horse based on your horse-riding experience and weight. Then we embark on our adventure, unveiling the picturesque beauty of the countryside. A fresh, delicious lunch will be served under the palm trees.
