Beautiful and memorable must while in Cancún! - Well this was just so much fun!!!!! Start to finish we loved the experience! The walk to the first pool Was so beautiful! The education from Mowgli the guide was so great! He kept a smile on his face the whole time and great energy! We also had our own Paparazzi with us… Kevin took the most beautiful pictures and made sure we captured the best moments along the way! The experience of the three pools, the zip lining and coming over the fear of jumping in was exciting! This was the first excursion of our trip and the one we talked about the whole time! The tequila tasting was an added plus… make sure you take some money to buy amazing tequila! We had great tacos that were included and bought some margaritas to cool down! They have even more food for purchase if you need it! The day was beautiful and fun!

Cenote adventure - Thé driver picked us up in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the cenotes, tequila tasting, Mayan snack and the explanation they gave about the Mayan culture and cooking. While we were eating our tacos, there was Mayan entertainment provided. I liked that we got what we expected and a few perks thrown in like margaritas served at one of the cenotes. Our cenote guide, Matt (Mati), was very friendly and enthusiastic. We enjoyed talking to him. My only negative would be that when the driver picked us up, he didn’t identify the name of the tour, nor smile, nor say good morning. It doesn’t leave a good first impression. It would also be helpful to know how long the drive will be to the starting point of the tour.

Great price for a really fun adventure! - This was a very organized and fun adventure! Pick up was at 9:30 am, we got back around 3 pm. They communicated via WhatsApp. They have this cool camp set up where you stay on property for the whole time. We went to two Cenotes, had drinks at the second one (margaritas, sodas, waters - one each included), then went back to the camp for Ziplines. We had a photographer follow us who took over 100 pics. Our tour guide told us a bit about Cenotes and Mayan culture. We then went back to the restaurant and had two tacos each which were delicious! Pics were digital with one print and cost $69. Extra drinks were 2 margs for $10. Suggest bringing a water shoes, towel, change of clothes. Nice break from the sun. Overall great price for a really fun day!

Best experience ever!!! - Awesome staff, very friendly, had a fantastic time!!! Highly recommend this excursion, this will remain one of the most memorable experiences of my life!!

Expensive but ok - A nice day out, however not really as described. The reasons for giving it 3 stars are as follows: We are first time travellers to cancun and when the trip said the experience was in the Cancun area we were keen to go. However, approx 2 hours of the 5 and half hour experience was travelling time. The experience advertised paddleboarding, but what we got was one board and no paddle between a group of 4 and was told that the cenote isn't really big enough for paddleboarding. The cenotes themselves were lovely, but we booked for the paddleboarding aspect; having already visited a different cenote a few days earlier. The ziplining was actually quite fun, and staff very friendly, but everything felt rushed. A photographer followed us around taking photos. When we saw the price of them later whilst eating our 2 mini tacos (included lunch) and were astounded. We didn't purchase. Same with the tequila. I also felt that having paid an adult price for my 12 Yr old, it would have been nice to have a non alcoholic drink for him, as he didn't have fun while watching the adults drink. I felt that overall the trip was overpriced, given there are many others available.
