- Cafesjian Center for the Arts - At first sight it is difficult to define either Cascade is monument or a building. It is a huge staircase with 572 steps and 991 feet rising from the platform nearby the monument to Alexander Tamanyan. Cascade is considered the observation point of Yerevan. Also Gafesjian centre for the arts is located here.
