One of the best tours I've ever been on! - Our tour guide, Edward, was entertaining, engaging, very professional, and did a fantastic job balancing our half English-speaking/half Russian-speaking group. Thanks to his clear directions, the tour went without a hitch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves seeing the sights and learning the history behind them. Mavrik, our driver, was just as professional in his role, and made our journey through Debed canyon safe and smooth. It was a long day, and in addition to a lunch stop, they scheduled a couple of stops at rest stations on the highway, so everyone's needs were met. Water was also provided on the bus. I would highly recommend this tour company, and this tour in particular; my thanks to both Edward and Mavrik for a memorable day!!

Best way to experience Armenia! - All 5 of our trips with Hyur Service were absolutely fantastic. The quality of the vehicles were great and as comfortable as you can get for the hot and rugged mountainous terrain, not to mention the very skilled drivers in their staff: Levon, Kkachig, Armen and others. We also had the pleasure of being hosted by their very friendly, knowledgeable and talented guides who were able to answer all the questions of the group which really enhanced our experience while travelling with them. In fact, a few of the guides are gifted with a beautiful voice and sang traditional cultural and religious songs on the tour bus and monasteries. The guides we had met during our time with them were Eduard, Hayk, Rosa, Arev and Garen. If you're looking to experience all that Armenia has to offer Hyur service will not disappoint!

Best day ever, thanks to the driver and guide - This was such an incredible experience. I went on this tour with my grandfather, we’re both Armenian Persian from Iran. Khajik was our driver and Tigran was the tour guide, both were incredibly professional, patient, and kind. I really appreciate all they did to make us feel comfortable and supported, Apres. Cannot recommend enough, everyone truly enjoyed themselves and would be lucky to have them as their guide and driver.

🌟 An unforgettable day with Hayk and Spartak! 🌟 - We had an exceptional experience on this guided tour through Haghpat, Zarni-Parni Caves, Akhtala, Aramyants Castle and Sanahin. Hayk, our guide, was simply remarkable: passionate, cultured and incredibly attentive to each participant. Thanks to its vivid explanations and captivating anecdotes, each site took on a new dimension. His love for Armenia and its history is palpable and makes the visit even more rewarding. A huge thank you also to Spartak, our driver, whose driving was both safe and comfortable. Always smiling and professional, he helped make the ride pleasant and relaxed, even on the most winding roads. The organization was impeccable, the rhythm well dosed, and the Mood in the group very friendly. A memorable day that we recommend without hesitation to all those who wish to discover the treasures of northern Armenia with passionate professionals. Thank you Hayk and Spartak for this wonderful adventure!

The schedule just doesn't make sense: Haghpat and Sanahin... - The schedule is simply unreasonable: the two World Heritage sites of Haghpat and Sanahin are too short to allow for photography and free movement; the lunch is time-consuming but too long, and the drag affects the tempo. Aramyants Castle is a pure waste of time, a dilapidated building, and it is recommended to simply delete it. To make matters worse, the travel agent's minibus was so crowded that it hurt to sit on its knees and had a bad experience.
