A wonderful day. - We spent a pleasant day visiting Sevan lake, a row of renovated original homes in Dilijan, 2 monasteries, a wine and brandy factory trying out wines there. Our driver, Armen, was an extremely careful driver and Sam,our guide very knowledgeable in the geography and history of the region. He answered our questions and was super friendly with all. For me one of the highlights was seeing the celebration of first graders and their families at Haghartsin Monastery.

Totally recommend - Unexpectedly great day trip. Booked this trip as it seemed one of the few in that day,, so I didn't have great expectations. However it turned out amazing. There are great stops: the monestary sevanavank on top of sevan lake with its stunning natural beauty, then Haghartsin monestary with beautiful monestary details, and yummy food and fun wine/brandy/loquor tasting. Our driver Edgar did drive super safe and our tour guide Sam was not only super knowledgeable but also made poeple feel welcome and shared about the country beyond the tour itinerary. Amazing experience!

Sevan, mountains and wine - This year I went to Armenia for the second time and went on excursions again with Yerani Travel. This time, I had four tours, the first of which was Sevan-Dilijan-Ijevan. Guide Samwell is one of the most interesting and fun guides I've ever taken on a field trip with. I ended up doing three out of four tours with him and it was a really memorable day. I'll mention the wine tasting. Wine in Armenia is really great. And the fruit vodka was very even :) Special thanks to driver Marat for driving safely. If you're in any doubt about going, don't hesitate. I have literally travelled half the country with Yerani and I am sure I will go somewhere else when I am back in Armenia :)

Outstanding Private Tours with Yerani Travels – Highly Recommended! - We had an amazing experience booking our private tours with Yerani Travels! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Our driver, Mr. Tigran, was kind, polite, and fluent in English, making our trip even more enjoyable. He was so fantastic that I specifically requested him for the rest of our tours as well! The car provided was a premium EV sedan, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of our journey. A special mention to their Sales Manager, Syuzana, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. Despite our last-minute changes, she handled everything with patience and efficiency, ensuring our itinerary was tailored to our needs. With affordable prices, excellent service, and a highly professional team, I highly recommend Yerani Travels and Mr. Tigran for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable tour experience in Armenia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Group of 9 people all... - Group of 9 people all from diverse locations. They provided hotel pick up which was really handy. Guide Marina was professional and accommodated to the different requests of the guests. Driver Murad was also very lovely and made an effort to ensure all guests of the tour were taken care. Even got a random pitstop along our route to take some pictures in snow which was a highlight for all in the group. Highly recommend as the team knows how to delight the guests

Absolutely recommended! - It was a really good and interesting tour. Our guide was very nice and speaks English really well. Unfortunately, we somehow only had 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes at the last stop, but the place cannot be discovered in 40 minutes. It feels like a quick rush.

Fun tour - I went on the tour a few days ago and everything I experienced was great. From the live chat booking the excursion before my trip, the operator was really friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. They even offered me a discount for booking directly rather than through a 3rd party. When I then went on the tour, Anastasia was so lovely. She really knew a lot and was eager to share the information with us. She also introduced me to Armenian music which I really enjoyed. The tour itself was great fun. Lake Sevan is truly beautiful. I decided to hike the 250+ steps up to the churches overlooking the lake and the view was so worth it. We then went to Dilijan which was a cute village and finally Ijevan Wine and Brandy Factor was a highlight for me. The food could have been better (they said BBQ but really it was fried chicken), but the history of the place, the flavours of wine, fruit vodka and cognac we tasted were great. The shop there also had very reasonably priced wine etc. next time I come, I’ll definitely check a bag so I can stock up. Thanks Anastasia for a great tour!

Poor planning, misleading information, and waste of money. Disappointing experience with Yerani tour agency. - This was my second trip with Yerani Travel. My first experience was average, but the tour guide convinced me to give it another chance and try their day trip covering Lake Sevan, Dilijan, and a winery. The trip was planned for 8 to 9 hours. Before booking, I visited their office and specifically asked if we could expect snow during the trip. Their staff confidently told me that the snow season was over and that snow would only be visible in high mountain areas. Based on this, I booked the tour. I also requested a discount and was given 10% off. The next morning, we started the trip at 9 a.m. Unfortunately, the weather was bad—it was raining right from the start. According to their policy, tours could be cancelled due to bad weather with a full refund, but despite this, the trip went ahead. As we drove towards Dilijan, the weather worsened. we encountered snowfall on the way—long before even reaching Dilijan. The snow was intense, and none of us were prepared for it. Very few were wearing snow boots. Due to the weather, we couldn’t enjoy any of the places promised in the itinerary. Stepping out was impossible. My wife and child tried but got their shoes wet and cold immediately, forcing us back onto the bus. Most member in the group were equally unprepared because they did not inform anyone about unexpected weather or snow. The food was another letdown. As vegetarians, the options were extremely limited, and the quality was below average. Although the meal was not included in the package, we still had to pay extra—and it wasn’t worth it. On my first trip, they said salad would be served. However, we never received any salad. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. As a tour operator, Yerani Travel should be well aware of weather conditions and advise customers properly. Their failure to do so shows poor planning and a lack of responsibility. What’s worse is that they charge premium prices compared to local tour operators (non trip advisor registered) but fail to deliver on basic expectations. The only positive from this trip was the tour guide—he was knowledgeable and did his best under the circumstances. I’d rate him 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the agency’s poor communication, misleading promises, and bad planning ruined the experience. Snow and rainfall were really good, location was also good however we could not enjoy it due to miscommunication and poor planning by the agency. I booked this tour based on TripAdvisor ratings and reviews but ended up very disappointed. I don’t recommend this agency. We are planning our visit independently, the same place again—better planning with snow boots, thermals, and umbrella. Money wasted.
